They are far and above the other area, physical therapists that I tried before, luckily finding them through a recommendation from one of my doctors who I highly respect. These are some of the kindest and most professional health practitioners I have ever been treated by. The front office staff is warm and welcoming, and helpful. I have worked with four different practitioners and I would rate every single one of them as top notch professionals in their specialty. I have dizziness and balance problems from nerve damage caused to my inner ear by an infection. I thought I would never get any relief from this and that I would go the rest of my life, not being able to walk in a straight line. I now have already, after five weeks, seeing noticeable improvement. They have all the latest electronics and computer gadgets to measure your balance Through eye movements and such. I went to Excel PT (formerly Apex) in Blue Bell, PA which I had gone to years ago when I had surgery on my knee. Nothing had changed except the name. The people that work there are fantastic! From the desk to the Therapists! They treat everyone special and give much support all their patients, no matter their problems. I was assigned to Angela Tate and Rachael who were both fantastic. My shoulder is back to normal and I left with information on how to keep everything moving perfect! I need that at 68 years of age. They gave me steps to take at home so when I was not there I could continue my progress to get better faster. Both Angela and Rachael kept close eye on my progress through out all the visits and I knew exactly what I needed to do to get better fast. I contacted the office three times and got absolutely nowhere with getting them to escalate this issue of getting a pre-authorization. I was in a lot of pain and I really needed to get this done. And I explain to them the reason I was going to a secondary Dr was because I wasn't getting a lot of progress getting into see someone at Rothman. if you want timely follow up care by the office personnel such as preauths and returning phone calls, I would avoid this office completely.
