That facility treated my mother like a an insurance number. They really didn't care about her progress. They overcharged her. I didn't want to be treated like a number. I wanted to find a PT business with heart and expertise! My sister is a PT in Florida so she gave me tips on picking a PT. I also have an athletic background. I was pleasantly surprised when I chose Total Performance in Hatfield. Everyone was friendly. My PT was Jake. He is the guy that trains everyone. He knows PT inside and out! He was so knowledge on my difficult case. I don't think I could have been placed with a better physical therapist. Jake is top notch and the best of the best! If you choose Total Performance PT with Jake, I promise you will be placed in good hands! Literally, his hands are magic! I'm so thankful for his help getting me back on my feet! I highly recommend Jake and his level of care! Again, top notch! Thank you Jake!

Paid it and cancelled all my future appointments. They asked if they could try to work with my primary and secondary insurance. I gave them a chance. They refunded my $240 and told I don't owe anything. Now I get a $70 invoice from the beginning of Feb, almost 3 months later. I paid it and I'm done with TPPT! I guess until they find another invoice to send me...... Maybe it's my insurance company, maybe it's them. Don't care anymore.

Very streamlined practice, you start with e-stim and then massage chair and finally chiropractic adjustment, always feels like a great tension relief when I come here. Ive struggled with low back, hip and shoulder girdle pain for a long time, when I came to Dr. Miller I was just off of an ER visit and seriously debilitating pain. Now, I've been back at the gym for 8 months, have not had a low back flare since, I finally feel like I am not always on the verge of a back attack. It takes consistency at first, weekly visits, don't skimp!! Now I go once a month or on an as needed basis. The girls at the desk are also worthy of a shoutout because they are some of the sweetest ladies ever!! Truly love coming here, thanks Doc for getting me back on track!

This office has none of those qualities any longer. We had watched it go downhill for awhile and I'm glad that we are no longer going here for substandard medical care. A couple of the doctors and nurse practitioners are good. But there are arrogant doctors and office staff, which is incredibly frustrating when you are trying to explain something and the person isn't really listening to you. One of the office staff called me on the phone regarding some FMLA paperwork my husband needed renewed for his job. She kept me on the phone for forty minutes interrogating me about his specific health concerns, even though I repeatedly asked for her to speak with him directly the following day, when he would be home. HIPPAA laws may have been broken. And who has forty minutes at their job to spend arguing on the phone like that? Isn't there other work to do? She was extremely combative and was doubting his medical condition, asthma, which, as you may know, can be potentially life threatening. She insisted that FMLA was more appropriate for people with issues like IBS, in which diarrhea keeps them out of work, which is ridiculous to compare the two. When I would not back down or give her answers that pleased her, she told me that the doctor was afraid they would lose their license over this paperwork because my husband was likely committing fraud. Being accused of fraud by an angry power tripping medical secretary was the last straw. This was about the tenth instance over two years, and the worst. It led to our leaving the practice. The others involved billing mistakes; code errors for testing that resulted in being erroneously billed hundreds of dollars; errors with incorrectly prescribed medication; gaslighting me that an adverse reaction I was having to medication was 'not really happening', even though it was; misplacing important paperwork; errors in faxing forms and more. It was mainly the office staff, being amazingly incompetent, but it wasn't limited to that.

I was told none of the other doctors are accepting other patients but they might take him. Unfortunately, my son Was in the hospital and missed his appointment. About a week later, I received a letter in the mail saying that because of the missed appointment, they would no longer be able to keep him at the practice and they would forward his records to his new doctor. So much for the Hippocratic Oath.
