Several football fans asked about the game being changed and were told that we had to watch volleyball. Many started to close out their checks and after closing mine and going to the host's desk, Miss Gabriele snatched the parking ticket from my hand and proceeded to validate my ticket. I was beyond stunned and in total disbelief. I went to speak to the manager and he was very dismissive and as I looked over, there was Gabriele laughing and flashing a heart with her two hands my way. She was very antagonistic in manner and the manager did absolutely nothing. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner as I was at this establishment.
