We have been to a few wax museums on Clifton Hill but never went here. This was not the best…read moreexperience as sometimes we had to look at the names of the stars because they were sometimes unidentifiable. Still entertaining and something to do on a rainy. It was not busy but not empty either. We were having fun with others walking around. Most of us thought the same thing odd looking stars. But it was a fun time. If you buy a pass there were some attractions included so you might want to see what attractions are included. But I think this is a must see.

Yikes, this was not pretty. We bought a fun pass at a booth and one of the items it included was…read moreadmission to the wax museum. We figured it would not be the best by looking at the creepy Taylor Swift replica at the entrance but since the building had air conditioning and it was included in the pass, we thought we might as well try it. I do give the museum credit, there are a lot of wax figures to look at. We did end up sending an hour here so you don't feel like you're paying a lot to see nothing. The figures are terrible. Everything looks old, rundown and a lot of them do not look like the characters or celebrities at all. Some of them have been in the museum for so long where they are falling apart. There is a section where you can take a photo with the characters from the Simpsons. They look nothing like the characters and the cloths on some of them were literally falling off. We were in an area that recognized celebrities in pop music and it was very outdated. Miley Cyrus was dressed as Hannah Montana, Justin Bieber looked like he was still 16 and Katy Perry was in her Teenage Dream era. I would not spend money on this attraction. If you get a pass and this is included, sure but trust me, there are a lot more things you can look at instead

Probably the most fun I had during my Niagara Falls trip. You will get soaked, no way around it…read more:), but in a good way. It's just so much fun to be up close to the falls; there is no experience like it. It's affordable, fun, and just an incredible experience; I can't understate it. Well worth crossing back over for a little bit on my Canadian vacation. Now, it's not without its problems, but it's such a good time that these can be overlooked. Seagulls run this place. The whole area smells like a zoo, because the seagulls run the place; we're just there visiting. They're not aggressive. I passed by a couple with their babies, and they didn't do anything, but they can and do poop anywhere. Best bet is to keep your poncho on until you get back to your car, because they can and will poop on you and pooped on people when I was there.

Another must do when visiting Niagara Falls America side. An easy walk from the Niagara state park…read moreto goat island. Purchase timed tickets . Between an elevator and a descending trail through a cave 175 feet down into the Niagara gorge.Grab your souvenir poncho... you will need it immediately, lots and I mean lots of seagulls. Walk near the water side.. A short walk to the many wooden stairs, decks and walkways all along the falls edge. So many unique close up opportunities.., you can feel the water on your hands and face. So powerful!! Stairs can be slippery, wear proper shoes. The top deck, the hurricane deck is super popular, just 20 ft from the bridal veil falls. You get to experience what tropical storm conditions feel like. With winds up to 68mph. Oh and you will get completely soaked!! Ticket prices depend on time of year, End of may for us cost, $23 adults and $19 youth. Worth every cent!!! We were exhausted so instead of walking back we took the Niagara scenic trolly back to the park. A perfect way to save time, great views and learn some interesting facts!

Hi I just wanted to…read moresay a couple of things. As a regular customer of the library on Victoria Avenue. I was there today March 24 at 11:15am your 2 millenial females with dark hair glasses and ponytails were sitting at the desk by the computers. They were gossiping about customers. Saying how they don't know the person but they feel like they are.... I went up to your dark hair guy at the desk by the front. He had glasses and a red sweatshirt. He refuses to do anything about it. He says I stand behind my coworkers. All I asked was for the behaviour to be more professional. Another blonde lady with glasses ( she was about my age. I'm 49) she hears the conversation and goes over to the desk and tells the millenial lady working about my complaint. I then hear the millenial lady say well you know she's a....the lady stops her and says, we should avoid saying anything else cause she might come over and yell at us. See this why people don't feel comfortable coming to the downtown library anymore. I've worked in Customer service the last 30 years of my life. I don't understand why employees in a Library get to behave so rudely?? At any of my jobs we would have been fired for it Please teach your staff some professionalism

I can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful. The women are here when dealing with a passport…read moreapplication. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything they're very friendly very helpful. Highly recommend using this location.

We enjoyed our recent stay at The Brock Niagara Falls. Our room was comfortable, clean and…read morespacious, and the staff were attentive and efficient. Upon our arrival, Rosa assisted us with the check-in process. She was very kind and willing to help as best as she could with questions that I had regarding the Hilton app and what benefits we would receive with our stay (i.e. bonus points, food and beverage credits, etc.). Unfortunately, my app is English, so she wasn't able to assist very much, but she did confirm our benefits. We also asked about the onsite parking, which is rather confusing, and had to circle back a second time to speak with Alicia for clarification but were still left with no real understanding. We just had to trust the process! We stayed on the 12th floor, which requires an elevator transfer on the 9th floor. This "secret" elevator also granted us "personal" and direct access to the hotel's restaurant where we had breakfast each morning. The continental (or cold) breakfast items were included with our stay, but you can upgrade to the "full" breakfast for $19.95. With our daily $10 food and beverage credit, this came to $15.95 each. The breakfast offerings were your typical hotel fare (sausage links, bacon, scramble eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, oatmeal, etc.) and on busier days, the full breakfast includes an omelet station where they also offer waffles hot from the waffle iron. On less busy days, the server will offer you eggs your way from the kitchen. We experienced both during our stay. The view of the falls was the best part of the breakfast for me. One day, when we were in a rush, I didn't eat anything. I just sipped on a cup of coffee and took in the view! The room we reserved had floor-to-ceiling windows for a great view of the falls, but the positioning of the room had us looking directly at the parking lot of the Duty-Free store. We could see the falls, but the positioning was a bit disappointing, and we'd been told at check-in that the Guest Relations Manager had chosen it for us. Also, the windows need a good cleaning. The view didn't present anything like the pictures on their website. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our room. The bathroom was clean with hot water and great water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The black-out curtains were perfect for sleeping-in. Our separate living area had a comfy couch, a desk with a bench that we used as a table/ottoman and mini fridge. We also spotted a microwave in the area where the ice machine is housed. We were very comfortable during our multi-day stay. Our stay also included vouchers for free tastings at a local distillery and brewery, but we weren't able to fit those into our schedule. The pool has posted hours for families and children, as well as for adults only, but we didn't swim during our stay either. We did check out the on-site casino and some of the quick-service restaurants that were connected to the hotel. We ate at the onsite Subway and ordered a pie from Pizza Hut.

Staff here is amazing. Very professional and a can do attitude…read more European style hotel with small rooms. Older style especially 12th floor with a view. Not a lot of lighting in the room. Heat is excellent. Bathroom was nice . Hallway however cold to freezing. Doesn't appear as if they can heat the hallway. View of falls with top to bottom view was great. Housekeeping was friendly and excellent. Room was serviced well. Closer to parking garage and other activities. Recommended hotel if looking for a nice hotel.
