Just got back from visiting Niagara Falls, and stayed here. I really liked it. I went on a charter bus with a group of people and lucked out and got a room on the 20th floor with a small deck overlooking the falls. Incredible view from my room of the Falls and nightly fireworks. The hotel has everything you could ask for: a convenience store, gift shop, Starbucks, multiple restaurants, a spa, a small gym, and both an indoor and outdoor pool. The room was clean and had everything you could ask for. Really, the complaint was the limited TV options, but I probably only spent a few hours in my room, where I wasn't sleeping. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of the attractions, and just minutes from the border crossing. Really couldn't ask for much more. read more

This experience was awesome! The view we woke up to every morning and went to sleep with every night was absolutely incredible! The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Another positive experience was at check in, we had an early flight and they were able to get us into our room earlier than standard check in! The staff from Dave at the valet area to our check in desk and concierge were all great! Dave greeted us with such enthusiasm and positivity! I'm only giving 4 stars because of the location and view, but I paid out my nose for the location as we had had a two story penthouse suite with amazing views. The set-up was great with 2 fireplaces for the ambiance but truly non-impactful for heat. The Hotel was very nice and I removed a perfect rating on the count of two things. The first is that our room had an old-stale odor to the room. The second is that multiple taxes in the area were added with even a tax that I discovered was voluntary which I asked them to remove and it was done. read more

From the moment I spoke with him, he was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. He directed me around town, gave me excellent advice on things to do, and recommended tours that helped me make the most of my visit to Niagara Falls. Jack was very knowledgeable about the area and even suggested the helicopter ride, which became one of the highlights of my trip. He also provided me with a coupon, which I really appreciated. Because of Jack and one of the other tour specialists, I was able to see and do everything I wanted during my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made my experience even more memorable. I truly appreciate his outstanding service. The 3 star rating was not for him but for the hotel. Octavia was helpful when we arrived and the location is great. the hotel could use some updating . some carpet areas look really worn . housekeeping is definitely the weak link. we were gone on an all day tour. when we returned to our room nine hours later, housekeeping shows up to clean, not optimal after a day of walking and you need a moment to relax. in addition, several areas of the room looked like they had been overlooked during cleaning prior to check in. the area of cleaning could definitely use a good review for area improvement. read more

We went to the Sheraton for a quick overnight trip to Niagara Falls. Everything was nice- the room, service at the front desk was very good except we got poor or incorrect instructions for parking as we were later told by the valet to move our car. Also, when we first arrived we didn't know where to park as the parking lot was not easily found. The place to drive in to park so we could register was a gong show with cars in both lanes going in one direction ( coming out) so we thought this couldn't possibly be it. This made us waste time driving around trying to find parking in other areas. Exhausting!! Next we had the fire alarm going for an hour from 4-5 am and we were told to remain in our room-- with the loud alarm. I had ringing in my ear for 2 days after. We had to get up early the next morning . We had bought the breakfast buffet - $35 a person I believe and it was terrible. Not worth the price at all. The icing on the cake was when we went upstairs without signing after eating. They knew who we were and we had already paid through our room. The server asked us to come back down to sign and it was evident the whole point was so she could get a tip. She was given a tip but really shouldn't have because all she did was pour a cup of coffee for us. It was a very annoying experience overall and I have not ever said that about a hotel I've stayed at before. This trip was a gift for name so I felt badly for the person who took me. We originally booked a 3-night stay here. as soon as we walked in and saw the state of the hotel we started looking for other places to stay. the bathroom was so dirty and had mold everywhere in the shower. the room was so small and was not comfortable for a family stay. we were so crowded and uncomfortable. the floors were so dirty and we just didn't feel like this was a stay that we enjoyed. would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone else. read more

We visited Niagara Falls Canada for the first time and read that the Canada side was the best and they were right. We stayed at the Sheraton and had an awesome view from our 19th floor room facing the water falls and great view of the nighttime fireworks at 10pm nightly. The not so wonderful was the buffet that was over priced and underwhelming. Food was nothing special and very pricey I'd rate it a 5 out of 10. The hotel seemed a little dated and the arcade could use a redo. The attached casino was ok but compared to Las Vegas it was ok. The hotel has a good location and easy to find. This was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a hotel. I booked and paid for an upgraded Falls View King Room specifically so we could enjoy the view for our first wedding anniversary. When we checked in, we were told that the room type we paid for was "unavailable," with no prior notice or apology beyond "we don't have it available." To make matters worse, the lady checking us in wouldn't offer any refund, partial credit, or compensation. After some back and forth, they eventually offered a discount for parking and a breakfast voucher. We were placed in a double queen room with no window, which completely defeated the purpose of the paid upgrade and the reason we chose this hotel for our anniversary. On top of that, the walls were paper thin- you could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway, making it nearly impossible to relax or get any decent sleep. To make things even worse, I am STILL dealing with them because they haven't refunded me for the parking charge like they said they would. It has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a hotel. Completely unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. For the price and reputation, I expected far better service, or at the very least, some genuine care, urgency, or effort to make things right when issues came up. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The outdoor pool on the 7th floor is great. We also had the brunch buffet on the 13th floor. The buffet is just alright, but if it's your first time to the falls, I recommend it for the fantastic views of the falls. It's also connected to an indoor water park and that's why we also tend to visit here once per winter. read more

We absolutely loved this hotel!.. we stayed at multiple on our trip and this was one of our favorites. Not only are there stunning views from the Juliette balcony, but the location is great as well. The balcony allows for fresh air and to hear the crashing of the falls. Less than a mile from the USA boarder, it makes it for an easy navigation in our sister-country. We walked to Niagara Falls, out to eat, and to sightsee -- no need to hassle with finding parking around the city. Upon arrival, we were given complimentary sauna/steam room passes which completely elevated our already superb experience. Would definitely go again! read more

After they said they sold our room the first night they moved us into a nice room the second and third night with an AMAZING view of the falls - but still the wAy they handled the first night was ridiculous and a fumble. So rude after I paid and reserved a falls view room and they sold them all and put me in a room with no view and offered only a free breakfast is A JOKE. Review from 7/2023 CHECK YOUR BILL- We were billed twice for the same charges, duplicated. It took a few months to finally get them to take off the duplicate charge. Wow- we decided to go for the gusto and get an upgraded room with a fireplace and view. Parking is extremely expensive and not close. If you valet, at least you do not have to wait too long for the car (except at normal check-out hours). The view of the falls is amazing; see pictures. You can even hear the sounds if you leave the balcony door open. CAR STOLEN from Sheraton hotel parking garage today. At Niagara Falls Canada Family in lobby was making a police report, my heart ached for them . It was a mom, dad, three kids and a grandmother. The mother was crying while dad was talking to police and another person. They were parked in Sheraton hotel parking garage which is $50 CA A night. They were parked on the second floor. I know this because my was car was ramp sacked . Broken into. Everything from my glove compartment and center console was all over floor. Missing was a sunglasses, mini perfumes and other items. We were packed in Sheraton parking structure which we paid $50 a night for . We parked on 2nd floor near parking elevators. When I reported it to front desk, they weren't even surprised as if this was a norm. I was very upset. They asked where I was parked I told them second floor. That's when they told me about the families stolen car and said sometimes this happens. WHAT ? REALLY? I felt violated. Someone going through my car. Taking stuff. I'm happy my car wasn't stolen but with Sheratons room rates and parking fees you would think it would be monitored. At check-in we had a reservation for a Fallsview room. We planned a road trip through New England, booking modest hotels, but reserved two nights at the Fallsview spending 6x our normal amount to get the incredibly romantic view. Our reservation clearly stated fallsview room and the photos in the Capitol One Travel website showed the falls in every photograph for the room selected. At the counter we were told they had no more rooms with a view because they booked a large tour, and our rate of $254 a night did not included a view of the fall, and told us we had reserved a view of the roof, the Ferris wheel, and the funnel cake vendors they call "city view." After protesting politely they said: "Take it with your booking agent. Then she gave us a card with her name to present and get a commission at a Garden Room restaurant across the street that has horrible reviews. The rooms are one star level, the ambiance at the hotel reminisces of a downtown Las Vegas hotel, and the best selections at the pool bar for vodka and rum are Smirnoff and Bacardi white for $25 a drink. There are a number of hotel options in the area. We chose this one due to it being part of Marriott, and because of the location. The location is great. Right near the American waterfalls / waterfront and Clifton Hill (packed with attractions, restaurants, entertainment and more). Almost everything is an easy walk. And if you get a room facing the falls you will get a wonderful view (without having to do a tour... but obviously do a tour too). If it's during the warmer seasons you can see the nightly fireworks from your hotel room as well. read more

We got the room facing directly across from the American Niagara Falls and the view is AMAZING! We absolutely love every minute of it especially at night when there's the light show. It feels super weird with no curtain in the bathroom but we were assured that the floor-to-ceiling is a one-way mirror where nobody from outside can see through. The corner room is spacious. We can also step out to the balcony and feel the cold air. Elevators are often busy. read more

I would give this place two stars if it wasn't for the fantastic view of the falls from the falls view side. Positive notes: It's in a great location to attractions, everything is in walking distance. The casino attached is the only one on this side with a poker room so that's a plus. Again falls is fantastic especially at night. Rooms are really big! There is a fireplace in the rooms but mine never worked. Save yourself some money and don't spend the extra on the Juliet balcony view it still had it. Look at your picture during reservation and take a snapshot just in case. The Starbucks location here makes delicious drinks, always a plus in my book! Take a look at the park across the street, I was here in the winter and it was pretty but I bet in the summer it's gorgeous. Great place to take in the sounds of the falls, read a book, etc. Negative notes: Accessibility- elevators, good luck at peek times to get an elevator, you will wait for 10-30 min to get one. We ended up taking the stairs down eight floors after only two of the B elevators were working properly. If our kiddo in a wheelchair we're with us, I would've been livid. FYI the end of the stairs will take you right outside by the front door. Pillows- these are horrible! We had one semi fluffy one, the rest were like laying on a few feathers or something and your head touching the bed. Beds - not that comfortable, but plus note they don't make noises or bang against the wall at least ours didn't. Gold members - don't expect to much wonderful hospitality like in the US, we didn't get any sort of late check out, upgrade to a king bed from two queens or anything. Fridge, coffee, and bottled water all in room. 7th floor roof top pool (with bar) had plenty of loungers and space to relax. 2nd floor gym was small but clean and did the job! Parking is definitely a bit pricey ($39/d) but felt safe enough and had in/out privileges. Also could keep car there a few hours after checkout. A bit of a walk from the lobby so would recommend checking in first for proper instructions. Staff in hotel were friendly and excellent! Pull in to the "temp" parking lot to check-in or valet park your car. We went to check-in and the check-in line was a mess. They had lines for all guests and a sign for their elite guest - but it seemed like it didn't matter which line you were in, as all the agents were helping anyone and everyone. Checked in and was told where to park the car, which is in the casino parking lot for $39CAN a day. They enter your plate number in the system and the parking lot camera's will read it and let you in and out. The parking lot is connected to the hotel through walkways, which is nice. We left our bags with the concierges as we parked our car. The lobby area was a mix-use place - gift shop, bar, starbucks and food court area - which is the reason why the lobby area was jammed packed. Despite the hecticness in the lobby area, the staff members were upbeat, friendly and welcoming. The room I got had a great view of the falls. We enjoyed the fireworks from comfort of our rooms - thank goodness as it rained during the show. Overall, enjoyed our stay here, but next time we are in town, will visit on a non-national holiday lol read more

Probably closer to 3.5 stars, there were some things that could have been better... Check in was easy- parking we realized too late, was crazy expensive for the hotel at $40 per day (ouch), I wish I had researched a better solution- but it was my birthday and vacation. Our first night there we explored our room, John got the room with the fallsview, juliette balcony, tub with jets and fireplace- did I mention it was my birthday! The view, wow, we loved it! There was a large spider that lived just below our balcony door- which I kept an eye on every single time I opened the door, lol. We would have slept with the door open had it not been for traffic/tourist noise on the streets below. The sounds of the falls were a wonderful white noise and the nights were cool. We enjoyed the light show on the falls and fireworks 2 out of 4 nights, fog prevented us from enjoying it every night- a huge wall of it! It took a while for me to figure out the fireplace, I had read other reviews about how they didn't work, but I think that was probably that there is no remote and no instructions! There is a touch panel on the lower right corner that will light up the control panel- I found it through persistence- I knew there had to be buttons somewhere and I literally stumbled onto it. The bathroom- can I smack whoever put the soap holder right where your head would rest in the tub?!?!? The real kicker was the first night there was a breakfast menu for room service (funny they never put another order sheet in our room) to place and order for the next day. We ordered the Canadian breakfast with eggs, bacon, home fries, toast and a pastry- except we didn't get the toast or pastry. Another $40, lol- why is it always $40??? after tax and tip! I was pretty perturbed but refused to wait in line in the lobby to complain- the weekend proved much busier than our first night (a Thursday). The elevators are as complained about in reviews. If you get a higher floor- be prepared to wait for an elevator and stop 10+ times for all the floors, be prepared to be smashed up against other guests cramming in because they've waited forever too for the elevator. We were on floor 21, the most stops in one ride was 15! 15 times the doors opened for other floors between my floor and the lobby- yuck. Room: 4.5 stars- give instructions for fireplace Bathroom: 3 stars - remove the soap holders Overall Hotel: 4 stars Food: 3 stars - if you are going to charge a lot for breakfast, make sure they get the entire breakfast! I had butter and jelly and no toast and no pastry. Pickpocketing warning. A Christmas ruined. Our daughter and her 4 children were robbed on camera in an elevator and the hotel.secirity did nothing. We tagged her room to our credit card then they took her cash deposit to pay for what had already been charged to our card. Staff was rude and manager was unwilling to help. This is a so so hotel. Most of the staff is what makes it above average, they truly go above and beyond. We had a junior suite and need a cot, they got it to us super fast. Then we needed another cot because the pull out couch was not comfortable and they gave us another cot, no questions asked. The bathrooms are designed weirdly, the shower is fairly open which means the entire floor gets soaking wet when you take a shower - let alone four showers. Thankfully we had a ton of towels. As I said earlier, we were in a junior suite and surprisingly we were on the 3rd floor. Typically suites are on higher floors. In retrospect, it was a good thing because the elevator situation was a nightmare. Long waits. The buffet was not great. They advertise that kids eat free but when we got there apparently they don't. The hostess gave several nonsensical reasons why kids didn't eat free and the price of the food was OUTRAGEOUS! Close to $200!!!! The arcade is nice and you can win a ton of tickets for prizes. We won 5,000 tickets which is crazy! The pool was also very nice as was the bartender. Overall, I don't think I would stay here again. read more

We will always stay here when visiting Niagara. Amazing view and so convenient. 2 pools, indoor and outdoor with music and bar. Multiple restaurants inside the hotel, including a Starbucks and nice buffet. Bus and taxi stops right outside, very fast valet service. Hotel connects to casino and Hard Rock Cafe, Hershey's tourist store, kids arcade, and other restaurants. Large gift shop and Whimsical ice cream shop Sweet Jesus in the lobby as well. Hotel is situated right between Clifton Hill and the water, the best of both attractions. Loved the buffet but the new restaurant freshii was definitely my favorite place we ate. read more

Great location centrally located to everything . Loved the Freshi and Starbucks in the lobby so we didn't have to waste time with a formal breakfast elsewhere. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping came daily. Beds very comfortable. Awesome roof top pool and place to view the falls at night when they are illuminated and to watch the fire works at 10 pm. ( note roof top is on the 7 th floor so not actually the top floor of the hotel). Kids liked the indoor pool ( nothing memorable but warm ). Skip the attached water park unless you have kids under 8 ( it's really geared toward the younger set and our older kids preferred the pool ). read more

We paid $750/night for suite 373, but when we checked in, we found dried blood on sheets, a sofa bed mattress that had been soaked through with blood and body fluids covered every cushion in the room. I'm being generous with 3 stars. I booked this with Marriott points and it was probably overly priced just because of the location. But whatever. We drove to Canada from Philly. Was able to check in via the app and I requested my room for early check in which they accommodated. I also asked for rollable bed for my daughter. We arrive. We did valet I don't have time to mess with parking on vacay. Valet guys were great. You get in and out privileges as well - we did one day at Niagara on the lake so highly recommend that too. Anyway so arrive in our room, no rollable bed then requested it again, arrives with no bedding so had to request that. The room itself is small. We got a Juliette balcony with a falls view. Could have actually done without not worth the extra points or money for view IMO. The room was HOT. We had to request two box fans and that just kept us at okay temp. This annoyed me. Hotel lobby area is modern. Room is mid. Worst thing was the elevators especially during breakfast time. Hotel bar kind of sucked and really any bar in the province of Ontario sucks because of their draconian liquor laws. Hotel pool was okay. Kind of small though. It was busy. The location is what you are paying for. It is in the middle of everything. Right across the street from the falls and it's ideal. It's one of the nicer hotels in the vicinity some of the hotels and motels we walked past looked sketchy. I probably wouldn't go back because Niagara Falls is like a one and done thing. See it. Cross it off the list. I definitely recommend a drive to nearby wineries and Niagara on the lake. It's such a cute quaint town I'd stay there. We were on the top floor and had an amazing view of the falls! The hotel underwent a major renovation in the not so distant past. The only negative was the wait time for the elevators. In fact, the wait was so bad at one point, that we had to walk down over twenty flights of stairs with two young kids! Not ideal. Checking in is a nightmare. You cannot "park" you have to go underground with the valets and temp park. They also make you give them your keys until you've unloaded everything by hand (no luggage carts). The elevators are terrible if you are staying high. The waits are unbearable. Just take the stairs. The businesses in the lobby can be difficult to deal with. The Starbucks there is a joke. They don't participate in the rewards program and they will ruin your order. Most of the ice machines didn't work and it's $45 a night to park. It does have a great view of the falls but don't fall into the trap believing you'll be "blown away" here. read more

We went with The buffet breakfast that was on the 13th floor, I believe. I think when we checked in around 3pm or so, the restaurant was not operational at those hours. The whole process of check-in with Valet and getting our luggages sent up to our room could have been smoother. I would skip the "View" and just get their cheaper room if we decide to stay here again in future. We were facing the street and not the falls (not deducting points for that, it was my fault and I should have double checked that). Valet parking was $59/day. I am pretty sure the room rate we were paying was for the proximity to the Niagara Falls. We had no issues for our stay. read more
