At Public Body we love a lot of things: an insanely awesome community of fitness fans, seriously intense workouts sprinkled with belly laughs and occasional innuendo, and a well-earned adult beverage to name a few. But three things that we really love are metabolic conditioning, body weight workouts, and the outdoors!
At Public Body, we blend these things together to create complete fitness euphoria. We promise specially designed, intense workouts; a diverse team of Boston's most sought- after instructors; an unrivaled community of hot and awesome fitness fans; and an experience like no other set to the bright Boston sunshine. So don't let spring and summer pass you by.
Get hot. Get awesome. Get outside!

Chad brings his knowledge, energy, creativity (and gratuitous, impromptu Beyonce' dance moves) to create unique opportunities for all to push their limits and achieve results. Whether held in local parks, on the beaches of Provincetown, or in the clubs, every session is a reflection of his commi
