I'm glad it was. Bradley greeted us and welcomed us to Mattress Firm. After discusssing the personal aspects of the right features our son was looking for, Bradley could make several recommendations. After that, it was time to talk cost. With Labor Day comig up, all the stores were offering 'special' discounts. Bradley was able to put to together a package deal that was good. However, this was our first stop! We told him that and he said with confidence that we should go and look at other stores. Then we realized the how good the deal was that Bradley offered. Two hours later we returned to the Mattress Firm and bought the best deal offered, at a great price for a great product. Bradley explained the invoice, and the delivery process that we purchased. He encourage us to call him if we have any further questions or issues with quality, or delivery. I highly recommend buying your next mattress a the Mattress Firm. Ask for Bradley!

Will never shop there again!!!!! Finally get a hold of sales person and she has attitude towards me about how she can't help it didn't come on the day it was suppose to!!!! When I was told different when purchased! Now it can't be helped and it will come when it comes! So FRUSTRATED!!! And I wait and wait! But they don't call and update you after the date it is to be in! You call them and get attitude and it's not there fault! Pass the blame! And yet another date! Wait! WAIT! I grabbed a basket. This store is severely cluttered, with narrow aisles for 1 shopper or cart in them. They seem to mark their products with a black sharpie. This store is enormous. It looks like a lot of Costco, dollar tree excess stuff that didn't sell. Some prices were high even, such as $24 Legos and $8.99 towels. There are a boatload of toys and clothes. I bought an ND flag, Reeses popcorn, and 2 bottles of pop. They had Glacier National Park stuffed animals and excess stuff saying Silverton, CO. Places I had not been to. This pottery was alright, but then marked with a sharpie. How dumb. This place was very similar to Gopher Bargain Center in St Cloud. Oh, there's a lot of expired Easter candy. Anyone?

Bought a lift chair from Slumberland in March 2023 for over $2,000 and bought their 5year extended…read morewarranty which was $230. The remote broke after 1 1/2 years. I contacted Slumberland and they told me that they warranty the chair for the first year and I would have to file a claim with their warranty company. It took the warranty company over3 months to get me a new remote. A little over a year later the motor gave out. I had to go through the same procedure and I had to wait over 4 months to get the motor and now I am suppose to call them and set up an appointment to schedule the tech to install the motor which will take another 2-3 weeks if they don't cancel the appointment and reschedule like has happened in the past. Will never shop there again!
