If anyone come across the issue or need a birth certificate,. I will get involved with the state that your from vital records department instead of an online website itself instead of going through some private website to try to recover your birth certificate, or any other sensitive important paperwork ....with that. I had a deadline of having to apply for Medicare since I turned 65 I got in contact with the state of Maryland, which sent my original birth certificate, which took two weeks, drove to the Temple Social Security office. Talk to a young (Hispanic lady) everything was taken care of because socialsecurity.gov would not register me and wanted me to appeal my case on line because I guess some information that they received say that I was not born in 1960 the information ssa.gov received I was born in 1966, in which 1966 was the wrong birthdate, It is worth the wait for any problems that you have to resolve with Social Security and Temple their staff was very professional. Thank you for the Security in the lobby waiting area, thank you for the young lady that did my registering with Medicare. I have an attachment that showed my waiting number and date that I went to the Temple social Security agency . I forgot the young Hispanic lady name and please forgive me for forgetting your name ma'am you was very helpful. Thanks for meeting, but if someone that works at the Temple social Security office please get in contact with this young lady on this date that I was waiting , that helped me diligently and very caring that had taken the time to help..thank you, Temple Social Security you guys do a magnificent job. If I could give them a minus I would. Where do I start...I started this in December. terrible…read moreservice. I had a appointment for the 6th of Feb. They sent me a letter saying it would be on the phone instead of in person. On thursday Feb. 5th they texted and said it would be that day instead. I waited all day, then I called again,they said they would get back to me. Then I waited all day again on Friday the 5th...nothing. I haven't been able to reach them since. This is a STUPID waste of time. I dutifully paid into this all these years? Seriously?

What another great experience at the Waco Social Security office. It starts with Officer Castillo…read morewho is truly the nicest. He helps you navigate the sign-in system which makes life easy. I had a scheduled appoint time of 3pm but got there early I signed in and received my ticket with a time stamp of 2:39pm. I was called to my window before 3pm where we met Lindsay. She was truly kind, pleasant, patient, funny, and very helpful. She walked me through the process that is Medicare and SS benefits without issue. I was able to complete my business and off to a late lunch/early dinner by 3:15. I can't say enough nice things about this experience and the employees (Officer Castillo and Lindsay) I encountered during this visit. This is not like any other government agency I've had to deal with prior to moving to Texas. Thank you Waco Texas Social Security Office

His teacher sends home sweet notes and updates about how well he ate, about his nap time, and how his day went. Since I provide lunch, I can control what he eats. I would not think to send my son anywhere else. I also love the flexibility. No other daycare facilities, in Belton or Temple, would take my son part-time without outragious fees. BCYC is affordable with caring teachers.

The Bledsoe Miller Park has an overdue tribute statue of Doris Miller-but the city has erased Moore High School, Jefferson Moore High School, the late Indian Springs Middle School-leaving no where for the black community to access, heritage.., and the be active, and be a part integral to Waco pride. The Bledsoe Miller park located on Bridge Street-Elm/Washington Avenue was where black families had Easter Egg Hunts, played baseball and softball. It was where my dad pushed me high in the swing where I tried to touch the trees that grew upward seemingly enabling me to touch the sky. There are fewer park benches-no pits to roast hotdogs, grill burgers, or heat s'mores 'till the marshmallows almost melted away and burned ! .., There are the no public outdoor swimming pools on the East Side of the mighty Brazos-part of the Red River and the -Colorado River. Our Brazos River has 7 tributaries.. home of the historic Chisholm Trail, the route used in the post-Civil War era to drive cattle overland from ranches in southern Texas, across the Red River into Indian Territory, and ending at Kansas rail stops. A little further south was the great Cotton Palace that was erased also. The Cotton Palace was an exhibition ground in the area of Clay Avenue, Dutton Avenue and South Sixteenth Street in Waco, Texas, from 1895 to 1930. Waco was central to amazing history with Waco Connally Airforce Base has only remnants that still exist today. Along with the Waco Veteran's Hospital that has diminished where as the Olin E. Teague Veteran's Medical Center located in Temple,Texas; 40-45 miles south of WACO has grown and is basically replaced the Waco VA as an essential government based medical facility. Walker's Auditorium where WACO, Texas (a report done by FOX 44 NEWS) - When looking back at East Waco there are few things more iconic than Walker's Auditorium. However, the venue has been forgotten - there is not one picture of the famed building that seems to exist. On a street in East Waco stands the daughter of a trailblazer. Charlotte Floyd-Love, the only child of Herbert Walker - the legendary Black -Waco businessman who opened up the iconic Walker's Auditorium in 1945. Even though there are no pictures of it, remnants of the famed building is like time has passed on and remains only in the mind's eye of their grandchildren born in the late 1940's and 50's.. Behind the old bricks echoed the music of legends. He Coached my classmates Michael Beck, and Larry M. Davis-as well as several Gold Medalist Olympians, including Dallas,Texas native Michael Johnson, along with Jeremy Wariner, and Darold Williamson. We need a weatherized-cushioned walking path for all Wacoans: Extending from the Highway 77L and MLK Jr. Boulevard along to pass magnificent Baylor's McLane Stadium to extend pass Franklin Avenue near Indian Spring Park to down along the Brazos River Walk winding down past the Herring Bridge to Brazos Park East!! Make us all a safe, pertinent, durable walking path/ track to walk, build health, hope, and dream for the future, execute the present, and reminisce and improve upon the past. Why Not ? Because we surely do need it.., ...Why, because there is no insulated mapped out walking trail for us like the awesome McLennan Community College outdoor walking track located at 1400 College Drive 76708. I am a Senior lady living in Waco, Tx., driving a friend to pickup her son up from being…read moreincarcerated at TCCC in Del Valle Tx. We had difficulty finding the complex. but with the help of J. McG, #4101,we were able to arrive safely and he was helpful in walking us through to get Mathew out of jail. Mr. McG was kind, polite. and helpful in telling us what to expect. Mathew ( suffering from schizophrenia) seemed ok, but slightly confused. I just want TCCC to know how much we appreciate the help we received from J. McG, he did not have to get involved, but his help made our trip much easier. Pat R
