The rates secretly rise with no notification whatsoever. I eventually talked with someone onsite who said they would keep my rate the same and would not increase it any further...Well they just bumped it up even more. Finally decided to move to a different location and when I went to move out of my unit, everything I own was covered in rat poop. Can't get out of there fast enough. Once inside, Andrea greeted me and asked how she could help. She quickly pulled up my order and gathered the boxes I had purchased. She went above and beyond by helping me carry them out and somehow worked magic getting them to fit into my Chevy Malibu, which was truly no small task. I was so grateful for her patience, and willingness to help. While inside, I also picked up some packing labels. One thing to note is that they do not accept tap to pay, so Apple Pay will not work. Be sure to bring a physical card. Overall, great customer service and a very positive experience thanks to Andrea. Moving is stressful enough, and her kindness made it a little lighter and a lot easier.
