Easy code access lets me open the entry and exit gates using my phone. Motion sensor lighting is a plus too. The staff try to find solutions instead of just enforcing rules. Snacks, water, coffee and tea are lovely services they provide. Over the holidays they offer a stocked gift wrap area. I have packages delivered to the facility then wrap instead of doing such at home. Even though there are storage units closer to my home this facility is well worth a few extra miles.

We were genuinely sad to leave when we no longer needed the storage as the people at Coolbox are simply great to work with. We reserved 2 vans for our wedding party to have the day of the wedding (because renting these vans was WAY cheaper than a party bus or limo!) and we requested white vans which they couldn't promise but they did put notes on file "white preferred for wedding party" which was nice. We ended getting 1 silver and 1 white which was not a big deal to us since silver is just as nice as white for a wedding party. We did, however, end up with the older vans instead of the newer, nicer vans which wasn't a big deal to me still as long as the air worked during the humid July heat, and the vans were white (or silver) and weren't dirty inside or would break down while we used them. With that said, one of the vans had a problem with the seat belt dinger going off every 2 minutes... quite annoying. The other van also had a problem that made it annoying to drive (can't remember what the problem was since the boys drove it). Since we didn't get the chance to allow Metro Truck Rental to correct/swap out the vans (Murphy's Law took effect on our wedding eve right after the sun rose and the roosters crowed so we picked our vans up 4-5 hours late), so my [now] husband explained these annoyances to the guys upon returing the vans back to the 100 Metro Pkwy location and they gave us a credit for 1 of the 2 days we rented the vans for! We weren't expecting a credit but were just trying to let them know what they needed to fix on their vans. Now that is great customer service. Will definitely use them again if need be and recommend them going foward. :)

We hired them to move us in February, and…read moreit's been trouble ever since.The workers were fine, polite,and worked at a great pace, but they scratched the halls in our new home in several places, smoked marijuana at the home we were moving from, and destroyed our daughter's vanity. I called Jim, who was the one who gave us our quote and set everything up, and all he did was send someone out to spackle the walls. He eventually asked for a link to the vanity so he could purchase another one, but after attempting to follow up with him he has completely ghosted us. I have been calling several times a week for a couple of months now, leaving a voicemail every time, and he still won't call me back. To make matters worse, the one time I did get him on the phone to follow up with the wall repairs he had a smart mouth and mocked my impatience with him. We had spoken to other realtors before our move saying they have a horrible reputation, but we didn't believe it at the time because up to that point they had been very professional, but that all changed once they got our business. If you value your furniture and don't want to work with a coward that runs from accountability, definitely try someone else. There are plenty of other movers out there.
