He even climbed into my unit to shuffle things around so we could make the rug fit! I was very surprised at how hands on they are with helping their customers. The man at the front desk was also very helpful as I had several questions for him. When I didn't know what size unit to lease, he walked me around the facility showing me different sizes so I could know which one I needed. My enclosed trailer was stolen from Jimmy's secured lot. They said they didn't keep surveillance…read morevideo long enough to cover the time for when my trailer was stolen from the lot, so no video evidence. I paid for security and video surveillance and neither was provided. All I got was "I'm sorry". Pretty worthless when you have a $12k trailer mostly full of stored household goods stolen. Over the next few weeks I spoke to several people who had trailers and boats stolen from this lot. Many of them referred to there being an inside operation. Bessemer police were worthless. After filing the original report I tried three times to contact the officer that took our report and never received a return call. We were specifically told by the officer to call with any further questions or concerns, but no response when we did. My advice...don't rent space here, go to another location.
