This company is terrible. I signed up for the president day $34 special only to find they have me the $1 first month special and they refuse to honor my request to change. No one at the facility will help, there's no customer service number to call and their chat is useless. They'll put you on hold then come back and say there's nothing they can do and hang up on you. So far I've had a great experience with this business. My only issue (it's moreso a user issue) is that maneuvering a 26 foot truck around the facility was a bit difficult because the buildings are so close together. Other than that I've felt my belongings are safe and secure. read more

Predatory advertising and raising rates with only 30 day notices for people who rent long term and out of town. The internet price is only a hook. They have raised my rent twice in less than two years. The price of my unit is 142.00 for a 10x5. My internet price was 95.00 and they are still advertising that. Be aware of Public Storage true business practices, especially long-term renters it's a TRAP. read more

Reserved and paid for my unit online, very simple process. They text me my unit number and my code to get in the gate almost immediately. Called with a few questions a little later in the day, spoke with Brian. He helped me change my gate code to one I would easily remember. When I was there, he was out around the property doing routine checks and was able to answer more questions that I had. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I just moved in today but so far I am very happy that I chose this facility! read more

I had the pleasure of being assisted by the wonderful Ms. Patty. She was very sweet and made me feel welcomed even before actually coming into office and officially meeting her. Once actually getting to the office I noticed the outside was very clean and well kept. Meanwhile Patty was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood before signing anything. She made sure I selected the unit that would be best for me (size & budget wise) and at a very reasonable rate. Once I got outside to load up my unit she even stopped by to make sure everything was okay. Personally this is my forst time getting a storage unit so her outstanding customer service really stood out to me and I will definitely be back for all my storage needs. This is the single worst storage facility I have ever seen. Run-down, rat-infested, and absolutely filthy. The web site claimed this location had climate-controlled units; they do not. The keypad for the gate is not strategically located, as you have to exit your vehicle in order to walk over to the keypad and enter your code. No video surveillance! They claim that NNPD patrols the area, but if you've ever dealt with NNPD, you know they can barely tie their own shoes unless they're writing a ticket for a parking or speeding violation. Bring your own lock, as if you want to buy one while on-site, they charge $17 for a lock that's not worth $10. The light was broken in the unit they showed me, but I could see well enough to notice the holes at the bottom of the walls where rats had clearly chewed through. The ceiling was caked in what I can only describe as "shit", which was so thick that it was starting to peel from the sheer weight of how much accumulation there has been (in the places where it was peeling, it appeared to be about 2.5 to 3 inches thick), as it's clear that this place has not been cleaned since it was built. When I asked if these units ever get cleaned, the attendant looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. I'd write more, but I really need to go get some penicillin and a tetanus shot after being exposed to this place. read more

I had the best experience at this facility! The employees were courteous and even when there was a slight misunderstanding (on my end) Jasmine was kind enough to make a courtesy call to let me know there was an issue. I appreciated the kindness in 2018 and it was free. (the kindness) I would and will recommend this storage facility to residents in my community, friends & family. Very seldom do we take the time to give positive reviews but we will rush to give a negative one and make it as personal as positive so in closing, I would like to say, thank you Public Storage (Jasmine) for making my experience a positive one. I recently began renting a storage unit at this address and couldn't be more pleased. Jasmine, the manager, took all the time needed to make sure I had a full understanding of the rental agreement and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The units were clean and dry and the entire area appeared well kept Jasmine assured me they do regular routine checks to make sure all units are locked and no personal items have been forgotten. Sure enough, and as promised, she gave me a call the day after I moved my things in to let me know an item of mine was found outside my unit. She was kind enough to let me know they would keep it for me in their office until I visit again. I will need to store my things indefinitely and sincerely hope the good service continues. This facility is one of the WORST facilities I have ever done business with! The unit has (more than likely) asbesto-type crap that was all over the floor when I got the unit and continues to fall. The front desk clerk, Jean, is incompetent and lacks integrity. She does not own up to her lack of knowledge about policies that are not duly enforced by Public Storage management, but that are charged to the customer to abide by. This company is notorious for vague language in their disclaimers and contracts and when pressed for clarification and adherence to, their default is "...you know what you signed in your contract...", but EVEN THEY DON'T know what "...you signed in your contract..."! They claim to use every means available to contact you, but what is said over the phone ( when the District Manager FINALLY answers) is not what is written in emails nor what's stated in disclaimers nor contracts. Not worth the time, MONEY, nor your sanity to do business with. There are SO many other reputable storage facilities to do business with. Public Storage: DO BETTER! read more

This a very nice property I have been using their units for over a year and I can definitely say that the property is kept clean and the staff is friendly. They just replaced all the locks on the doors for added protection. I disagree with the previous person about mice there are none at least I have never seen one nor has anyone else that who I have spoken too. A great location close to the Airport and competitive rates. The only thing I agree with is the location of the keypad is not ideal but that doesn't take away from the property as the customer service more than makes up for that read more
