I used Wright's because of their delivery service and good things others had said about them. I tried to order produce three times and had to throw everything out within 2-3 days due to its being old--leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, celery (threw that out the next day!). I found them to be expensive as compared to the chain supermarkets, delivery charge is almost $10, and they made mistakes on my order. The people I dealt with were generally friendly and nice, but I wouldn't use them again for delivery. Maybe if you shop in the store, it's a better experience!

We had an item that did not have a price tag on it and told her that it was the only one we could find in the store. With a rude attitude she told us, we need a similar item to ring it up. We patiently waited. When the item could not be found by another employee, again with negative attitude she told us she could not sell it to us because she did not have the sku number. Little did she know I had already looked it up online and had the sku number available. At the end the item was sold to us with the sku number I provided to her from their online website. I know you could have done this yourself and shame on you. This goes to management, please do better. We have more class than to make a scene, but the treatment was so uncalled for.

At the checkout, when I told her that I didn't need a plastic bag because I was carrying one, she yelled at me, saying, "You have to have the bag if you wanna walk out of my store with this order", and then even cancelled my order for no reason. I was shocked because there was absolutely no justification for her behavior. It felt hateful and highly likely to be discriminatory, as I am an international student. This treatment is completely unacceptable and unethical. I hope the store takes this seriously so others don't have to go through the same experience.

Frozen foods are kept in actual refrigerators with the lights off. I opened some of them to find dumplings stacked together and it looked like the backdoor to a storage facility. The aisles are unkept and looked like they haven't been touched in ages. Some of the packets of seasoning I picked up already had holes in it and so I ending up spilling stuff everywhere. Good thing the cashier was on the phone the entire time ignoring me. The store looked like people delivered a bunch of Asian goods and forgot it was actually supposed to go somewhere so there's cardboard boxes blocking aisles and your walkway. You even feel sorry for your shoes because the floor felt strangely dusty. If you're craving Asian products, I'd drive to Columbus or Atlanta to get it. I'm not sure how this place has evaded a food inspection for this long. I understand Asian grocery stores have this 'unkept' feeling to them that I'm accustomed to but this was hilarious.
