Publix is a phenomenal grocery chain. This Publix is one of the nicest that I've ever had the pleasure of visiting myself. I frequently visited this Publix when I lived in the Champions Gate area of Florida. The deli at this Publix will blow you away with their utterly delicious fresh from the deli subs, they cut their meat fresh for their subs daily (and sometimes directly as requested by customers for custom orders) and they only use fresh daily baked bread from their bakery for the sub rolls. They offer an assortment of subs that you can choose from (for example I like the chicken cordon Blu sub), and you can choose to add or subtract anything from the subs on the list. You also have the option of customizing your own sub any way you wish! Public has a wonderful bakery as well. My all time favorite dessert is the Publix key lime pie. It is the best key lime pie that I've ever tasted. Publix doesn't stop there, next they will take your breath away with their jaw dropping beautiful wedding cakes. Publix hires only the very best cake decorators for their stores. These true works of art are also very tasty as well! I could go on and on about the many ways that I love Publix! I actually lived in Silicon Valley, CA for a period of time, and during that time, I would talk to everyone I knew about how amazing Publix grocery stores were. I truly wish that Publix would expand to provide their services to the West coast. The associates at this Publix are all very kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and respectful. You can tell that they care about the company that they work for and that they care for their customers as well. It goes without saying that I highly recommend this Publix! read more

Late coming in and Publix deli is popping out subs, I happened to ask a lady in front of me what her favorite she is she so kind we laughed, and she was getting Chopped chicken tenders and all the fixings we like Italian sub and I got chopped chicken She said try the chicken tenders? Really wow then ordered I watched they work the chopped chicken and Italian sub For the chopped chicken they took breaded chicken tenders chopped up 4-5 of them tossed it in that I wanted Buffalo sauce & ranch too And then build the sub. Lettuce and pickles and peppers & tomato That lady was so right! This Publix is one of two in my neighborhood, so I tend to go to it a lot. It's not a terribly big Publix. But they do seem to have everything pretty well stocked. It's pretty much my go to Publix in the summertime when I'm making brunch or have forgotten something for dinner and need to get something quickly. My husband is a sucker for their Publix subs. The buy 1, get 1 is great, but good Lord, the prices are ludicrous. The staff I interacted with was on the nicer side, but not enough to get me to do the majority of my shopping there. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. I was in search of bottled water in gallons and have had trouble finding any in stock. It must be hurricane season. I found plenty at this location on my latest visit. I don't usually shop at this location as they are not convenient to me. I happened to be coming home in the general direction and stopped. Found what I needed and a few more things. This is a good location and the service is friendly. Like all Publix I have visited they have great produce and a lot of products you don't find elsewhere. read more

Fantastic place to get quite a variety of groceries for the vacation rental home! I rate 5 stars in my short visit to this store...the cashier was super nice that I dealt with. Easy in and out and decent Disney collection as we didn't want to purchase in the park. Other than Disney stuff the Prices were pretty high compared to most stores but it was the closest to our air bnb. The staff was so nice from the front door to the checkout to the parking lot. It's nice to see they obviously are great to work for based on staff interactions so 4 star overall. read more

I tend to forget to stop here, the only thing i do give heads up on. Is some of the stuff is pricey. The also have two areas for salads. U will find those huge ones by the samishes place and then next to the cut fruit area you will find smaller sizes with more fruit options. No biggie. Just another, in and out. Knew what i wanted, i was a little bummed out though. I was hopping to find caviar in this one. They usually carry caviar in areas with higher demand for fancy things. Guess ill buy it when i get home, didn't felt like big food. Just caviar n cheese crackers type hunger. Went with the next best thing. Sushi. They didn't have the eel so went with spicy, tempura. It was ok. Popped a couple fresh figs in the tank and now i am a happy mama. Im laughing though. The dms are going crazy again. Low key want to hunt, i'll blame it on the figs! Lol read more

Unfortunately I am only giving one star to my favorite grocery store that I go to for literally everything. I have had a less than satisfactory experience with the staff at this locations specific to seafood dept. The employees appear to be less concerned with customers and more concerned with what time the get off the clock. I recently moved to Championsgate from Tampa and have always found Publix to be my one stop shop From now on I will be visiting the Publix on Hwy 27 on the other side of Championsgate or Aldi in the area. read more

Will no longer being going to this Publix since they don't want to enforce masks. I informed manager James and instead he checked out the multiple guests without masks. I have come to this Publix for over a year but it seems they no longer care about the safety of their employees and customers. Man. Y'all don't know how good you have it to have a Publix. We were staying at a nearby vacation rental and we wanted to stock up on a few things. I probably went overboard, but there was just so much to choose from. I definitely bought more booze than we needed for 3 days, lol. I had forgotten how much I loved these grocery stores. From the wide array of prepared foods to the intuitive layout of the space - we just don't have this kind of store in Oklahoma. The prices were great, the selection was *chef's kiss* wonderful. We were able to find everything we needed, a few things we didn't need but surely wanted, and a few fun purchases in a section built for tourists. I shop here weekly and love it. The staff is very friendly and willing to help if you can't find something. The store is clean. Great bakery and deli. They also have a pharmacy and a floral department. The parking lot is well lit and feels safe even at night. There's lots of Disney merch in different sections around the store because of the amount of tourists staying in the area. read more

Unfortunately this store has lost my business. I always make it a point to give a place a second or third chance however they appear to not be interested in providing that legendary customer service they claim to be all about. The store at champions gate has officially gone to the dogs. I ordered for items for pick up two hours in advance however they seem to be not willing to fill the hours. Which is said because I have worked for that company during my college years. And used to think they were a decent company. However with their choice in management lately. Spotted Dick is a steamed suet pudding containing dried fruit, usually currants. The dessert is especially popular in the United Kingdom, usually served either with custard or with butter and brown sugar. Spotted refers to the currants (which resemble spots), and Dick is a corruption of the word dough. They did have Devon custard and other British specialities. now get your mind out of the gutter. read more

I'm always here and I mean always. The seafood guy knows I'm regular ha ha. It's your typical Publix. It's clean, the staff is friendly. Never had any issues with food and they have everything I need to stock up, grab a quick bite or the like. Only negative is that this little place specifically in late afternoon to evening can have longer lines do to the location. It's a block from the Omni resort so that mixed with the rented out vacation homes draw a mix of tourist and locals. Other than that I have no complaints and enjoy shopping here. read more

Hopefully everyone saw the amazing lengths Publix went to for the community this year during the hurricane. Prices may be higher than other large super stores but the experience here is worth it. We need to get some Publix in NYC. This supermarket is immense. The options are endless. My office is across the street from this Publix so I decided to get a sub for lunch. I usually order at the counter but this time I went on their website and built the sub. It was so easy to use! You also get to place your pickup time, which I set up for 30 minutes since the time I placed the order. When I got to Publix my sub was complete and already waiting! They have a case just next to where the subs are created where they place the to go orders. The only thing I didn't love was that anyone could have picked up mine and paid for it and then I would have been out of luck. I was so happy when I looked in the bakery and saw that they had a loaf of the cranberry walnut bread! It's my favorite and I guess it's everyone else's too because the Publix by my house is always out! The bakery employee was so nice asking how I wanted it sliced and offered me a taste of another bread they were selling. All of the employees were happy and pleasant and there was no line at the registers when I went to leave! read more

The most incompetently run Publix you will ever come across. The deli is always slow and backed up, the merch team constantly leaves old signs up misrepresenting sales from a previous week, and the lines are usually backed up into the food aisles. This is a mixture of there being far too many tourists around here (not the fault of this Publix) and having far too few cashiers (100 percent their fault). This is also the only Publix I have ever been to that has legitimately rude employees. Today, I was even lied to by the cashier and bagger, who carded me for fireworks, while the young couple in front of me weren't carded for alcohol. When I brought that up, they claim they did card them, but the male in the couple immediately ran over to get some sparklers after he put the the beer on the conveyer belt, so how could he possibly have been carded? read more

Staying at Reunion resort and went to this place a few times before going back to the resort. This is a fully-functional grocery store and they have plenty of items to snag for your condo stay. The best part of this Publix is the friendly employees that work everyday with both locals and tourists. Publix as you probably know is more expensive than Walmart. They do deliver a clean store, helpful staff, good selection of groceries. The deli and bakery are what make Publix special. They make a carrot cake that should be outlawed it is so good.
