First time visiting a sprouts and was pleasantly surprised at the offerings! We stopped in after dinner so we didn't plan on getting much- maybe next time though. We got a few snacks. This is the third time I had to wrestle to get out with groceries. Last week, I went to a cashier and he put up a register closed sign...then I went to another where employees were standing around talking and none cashing out. So then I went to another but she told me she was closed. I told her the situation but she told me to go. I tried once more at each and returned to her. ( apparently she was manager) She was angry so I got stern. She finally said she would cash me out but took phone calls, and questions from anyone else making me wait even longer to show me. There were several people behind me that were frustrated by the same experience. WE DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH IN THIS COUNTRY! MY ADVICE. This is going to be a love letter to Sprouts because there are so many things that make shopping there enjoyable. There are ways to save and find deals which I will highlight. Pros - I was first attracted by Sprouts produce. It is fresh and diverse. It's a star so they put in back so you have to walk through the store. They put some of the produce in a cooler at night to keep it fresh. Some stores leave it out on tables but sprouts puts it in crates and wheels it back to the cooler. I like this attention to detail. Manager Specials. They have these all over the store including meat, dairy, produce and prepared food. It's like a treasure hunt. Sometimes it is close to the date other times who knows what the manager was thinking. Mark down meat and prepared food will have a yellow tag showing the before and current price. Specialty drinks - Coffees, teas and canned beverages. Plus no alcohol cocktails. In the coffee section they have grinders, so you can buy whole bean and grind it yourself in the automatic machines. They also have a beer and wine section. Clearance by the bathrooms and also markdown bakery near the case where you select your own pastries. They have a lot of vegan and gluten free items that are made fresh. They sometimes have bakery items to match the monthly sale. June was cherry month and all kinds of cherry related products. Samples. It is not a Costco situation where people are pushing and shoving. Just little sampling displays plus at peak times there is a small tiki bar has featured items and samples. They also have some cups by the checkouts. Friendly staff. They have people on the floor stocking and cashiers. They honestly listen and try to solve your question or problem. They have the same staff so it seems they try to retain their staff. They know me! Haha They have good sales, digital coupons and sometimes coupons will print on your receipt. In June 25 I got a paper coupon for $5 off $15 of produce and it even applied to sale items. Pro tip. I go in once a week and clip all the digital coupons even if I am not going to use it right away. Occasionally they have a digital that nets to a free item. You can also hook your Sprouts account to Ibotta by your telephone number at checkout. Then you don't have to scan the receipt. The two systems work together for automatic credit if you have the item rebates checked in Ibotta. They carry a lot of health items but have better prices than WFM. They carry organic and supplements as well as many items to meet your dietary needs. I found some holistic plant based cream when I had a rash on my eye that worked like a charm. It's BYOB. Bring your own bags!!!! They sell recyclable ones or will sell you a plastic one for 10 cents. Not that they are encouraging that but the 10 cent plastic bags are sturdy and can also be reused. read more

Date of visit: November 28, 2025 I'd heard of Sprouts before but never had an opportunity to visit one until this trip down to Florida for a cruise. We needed a couple small items and walked over after breakfast. It definitely has a Trader Joe's vibe, so if that's not your scene you likely won't care for Sprouts, either. Think healthy and natural with fun twist. I found the items I was looking for and while they weren't exactly cheap, they both seemed to be of above average quality and I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. All of the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful (when's the last time you can say that you experienced that!?), and I wouldn't hesitate to visit another location on my travels if I had the opportunity to do so. read more

Sprouts Farmers Market (the one I go to in [Your City]) - 5 stars, no notes. I'm obsessed. Walking into Sprouts feels like someone gave Whole Foods a personality transplant and slashed the prices while they were at it. The produce section is legitimately gorgeous -- heaps of organic kale that actually looks alive, avocados that are ripe EXACTLY when they say they will be (witchcraft?), and those little cartons of specialty mushrooms I pretend to know how to cook. Everything smells like it was picked this morning, because half of it probably was. The bulk bins are dangerous for me. I go in for almonds and leave with mocha-dusted chocolate almonds, chili-lime pistachios, and some random grain I saw on TikTok that I'll never figure out how to pronounce. Their bulk spices are also clutch -- I refilled smoked paprika for like $0.87 the other day and felt like I hacked the system. The deli/sandwich counter is low-key one of the best lunch deals in town. $8.99 for a massive made-to-order sandwich on fresh-baked bread with all the fancy toppings? Yes please. The "Sprouts Classic" with turkey, cranberry, and stuffing vibes year-round is stupidly good. Meat and seafood counter people are always chill and actually know what they're talking about. Got sold on some cedar-plank salmon that changed my weeknight dinner game. And if you're plant-based, the selection of fake meats and cheeses that don't taste like regret is honestly impressive. Only tiny gripe: the parking lot is a blood sport on weekends and they play the same 7 acoustic covers on loop, but I'll fight for a spot and hum along to "Wonderwall" on ukulele if it means I get to shop here. I stopped here on my way to our hotel for the weekend, hoping to avoid spending money on prepared food during our vacation. Being vegan, it was a good choice for me. However, for my daughter-- who eats more typical "kid foods"-- I wasn't able to meet her "needs"/wishes. It's pretty much the same as any Sprouts. Lots of food from smaller, more environmentally and health-conscious organizations. It was clean and well-organized. This is a very beautiful, clean, store to visit when you're in the search for something healthy or organic. The staff here is always super friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the layout of the store and am always able to find what I need. I really enjoy browsing the aisles and stumbling across new items to try. I really like sprouts on the mainland. A great healthy selection of fresh fruit vegetables and meats. The layouts are always the same or very similar and the staff are very Aloha friendly. The prices maybe a little higher then the Kroger or Safeway stores but you can always find great quality products. And they're deli makes great fresh sandwiches mine is the Italian. I absolutely love coming here for my favorite sodas by Poppi and Oli Pop- they're the gut friendly sodas! They're reasonably priced at $2.59 to $2.89 a can. I also grabbed some bbq chicken for my boyfriend Zach for $5 and I grabbed fresh gummy worms- at $4.29 per lb. It's about 15 minutes from my house in Dr phillips and it's a great store if your not feeling Trader Joe's or Wholefoods!! I'm definitely coming back here for the fresh gummies!! read more

We were in the area and my kid wanted to stop in and look for a few items. I don't mind as I can usually find one or two things that I like and can have. It was our first time at this location and it was just like walking into any of their others that I have been in. Upon walking into the store I realized why I don't shop at their stores very often. The first thing you write into from the one entrance is the floral department. This is a problem for me as I am very allergic to orchids and lilies and they had a whole bunch of them in full bloom. I ended up with an instant headache and some breathing issues but I covered my face and got past them as quickly as possible. Once I was beyond them shopping wasn't really a problem. My kid found a few items that they were looking for and I was able to find one item that I could have. I do love the sprouts as so many foods that tend to be healthier but I have a problem with the fact that healthier for other people does not mean healthier for me. I have my own unique set of problems with foods that I cannot have. Mostly I find things in the bulk section and once in a while I get something simple from produce. My kids can always find foods that they can have but again there are not a lot of them. The prices are prohibitive for me but if you're in a position that you can afford to shop here and are trying to eat healthier I would wholeheartedly recommend them. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I've never had any real issues in any of their stores. read more

This was my first time in a Sprouts Farmers Market. Crazy how it took me going out of town to enter one when there are plenty here in South Florida; go figure. And to be honest, I can't even tell you why I haven't. On this visit I got some Spring Valley water (my new fave) because it was on sale and I wanted to try and some pre-seasoned shrimp. The shrimp was ok. It didn't really have much flavor. I plan to try a different next time. They have a ton of pre-assembled meals that only require a quick pop in the oven. They also have a sushi counter. This particular location have their sushi brought in on a daily basis from what the gentlemen explained as we were looking for a tofu sushi for my sister. Apparently the one here near my house makes their sushi in house. Not judging. My mom and godmother went crazy over their "clearance corner". Although I must admit that some deals were found! Overall I do plan to frequent Sprouts a little more! read more

I've visited this place plenty of times to grab some groceries for a few weeks. It's a normal size Sprouts with a great selection of healthy food, drinks and home necessities. Store is clean and well stocked with not too many shoppers inside. It does take a while to check out but this place has a great selection of items that I can't seem to find at their illinois locations. Definitely recommend! I however don't like the parking lot late at night with their outdoor lights in the parking lot set to strobe light mode. read more

I love the bulk section, there is a wide selection of items from beans, to grains and chocolate. Unfortunately with COVID-19, the bulk section is now pre-packaged. They are packaged in different sizes. Environment In a plaza, off Turkey Lake. Plenty of parking available. Inside is spacious and open. Everything is neatly packed on shelves and there is a great number of selection of items. Niceness of the staff Didn't particularly have a special conversation with the staff but they seem very nice. At the register, I was able to smoothly check-out and pay for my items. Dollar This is more of a specialty grocer, I think they compare to Whole Foods. What I went for, the bulk items, they compare to other package items. Yes? Yes, I would go for the bulk items and if I need any specialty items like plant based items. read more

I shopped at Sprouts during my college years in CA. 5 years later, I went to the one on Orlando, FL. The sushi meals are always top notch, and the variety of organic chocolate is such a variety at a good price. There is a bulk section of candy and flours and nuts. The price per pound went up. 2018, it was $5.99/pd. Today, it is $9.99/pd. Ouch!!! The store is huge,bright, and a great ambiance. We decided though to go down the street instead of buying anything there, so I can't tell you about the service. read more

We had come here before when in the area after getting dinner and just grabbed some sushi. I later learned about the $4.99 sandwich so we came back to try this. We learned there were other topping options not listed on the board for the build your own. I do have a concern about cross contamination though. My husband had olives and they used the same utensil to scoop those to then scoop pesto for my sandwich. They just wiped it off between use. We do not have allergies, but I would use caution. I did enjoy the Sprouts brand jalapeño kettle chips and some sushi and other items from the prepared meals area. Some prices were very good between the bogo offers and also manager markdowns for items close to expiration. read more

Sprouts is a better version of Whole Foods Market. i enjoy the more open concept. Their fresh baked french bread is quite awesome! I totally love their nutrition department. Sprouts is a great supermarket to head to. I first discovered Sprouts a few years back when Lucky's was still in business and I thought they were a similar supermarket concept, but Lucky's was closer and I definitely spent more time (and money) at Lucky's. When Lucky's closed, I just started driving the longer distance to Sprouts. Sprouts is s great place for meat, vegetables and bread. I have heard people say that it is too expensive, but if you seek out the deals and weekly, Sprouts can be quite cost competitive. They regularly have sales on shrimp, ground beef (I like their 85% lean ground beef) and chicken. I would say every few weeks these items go on sale. Again, Sprouts does have some high prices, but they also have some great deals, especially when you consider the quality. Something else I woukd recommend is their sausage. I just had some of their bratwurst and it was great. Their Italian sausage is also very good. All in all, I would give it a five star rating. read more

Full disclosure- I'm not a huge fan of sprouts as I find there items are overpriced and I just stick to Trader Joe's and Publix for my grocery shopping needs. Recently, I saw on Tik Tok, Sprouts makes customized subs for $5 and apparently you can fill out a form of what you want on your sub and they make it. I decided to go to Sprouts to check this out! I head to the deli section and there was not a employee around so I just looked at the board of their sandwhich menu. I guess they don't do the form here so I just told the employee who then shows up that I'll take a vegetarian sandwich and she proceeded to ask me what bread. I said white and then I see it was not a roll just an actual slice of white bread. I asked her if they have the sub rolls and she just replied no. So at this point, I'm like let's just see what this is about. She asks me if I want Mayo or mustard and I said yes please put some. Both her Mayo/mustard bottle was practically half empty and she just put one squirt of each. After this I knew it would go downhill from here. She then asked me if I want it toasted and what veggies I want. I asked her if there are any condiments she can put and she just points to another condiment bottle. She packs it up and I was left with a scrawny sandwich. It tasked pretty basic and it was nothing special. The customer service was poor and after this experience, I think I will just stick to pub subs for the rest of my life. read more

Sprouts was a bit of a drive from my parents house, but I wanted to give the place a shot. Upon entering, it looked like The Fresh Market, but a little more casual. The bakery was nice and had fresh pastries. I enjoyed seeing that the chocolate chip muffins used real sugar and had no artificial flavors, but felt it was quite expensive at 6 dollars for four muffins that weren't that soft when eating. I really enjoyed their deli area with the prepared foods. The turkey meatloaf with cauliflower rice and brussel sprouts was expensive at 13.5 dollars, but it tasted restaurant quality with the fresh vegetables and tasty meatloaf. I also enjoyed the chicken Caesar wrap that had tender pieces of chicken with light dressing and lettuce inside the wrap. And it was cheaper than Fresh Market at only about 5.75. I was able to get a small fruit salad for only 99 cents from a deal they had. The fruits were ripe and delicious. I saw the frozen food aisle, but the selection looked limited and was expensive. When I checked out, my cashier was very friendly and engaging. I did notice that the plastic bags had a 10 cent per bag fee, but I guess that's their way of reducing the footprint. The store was clean and kempt. It is a bit pricey, but the quality is about Publix good. If you feel like splurging a bit, this is a good store for upscale groceries. read more

Sprouts is truly arranged in a farmers market type set up. It offers healthy and organic options. Pre covid a lot of the bulk buy items were scoop as you wish. Now they're mostly prepackaged. It's a nice and cozy shopping experience. The produce and meats are very fresh. read more

Sprouts Farmers Market just opened a location in the Dr. Phillips area off of Turkey Lake Rd. The store is about 26,000 square and open from 7am to 10pm. They promote themselves as a healthy grocery store and stock lots of organic, plant based and gluten free items. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist when asked. On my first visit I only purchased a few baked goods. I didn't love the Windmill or pecan coconut cookies but the bread was very good. read more
