Instead of they have about 5 or more workers just standing at the end of each checkout aisle (even non-self checkouts) holding a phone and I assume making sure no one is stealing. What a wasted position. This place is a circus. Our checkout lane was DIRTY. The screen was covered in sticky filth making checkout annoying. A worker cut in front of 3 of us ever so blatantly.

The avocados and jalapeno peppers were in excellent condition. I also picked up some of their fresh red hot salsa (not bottled), for the second time, as it is really good. Publix has created a pleasant shopping experience with a nice ambiance and fantastic customer service. I'm happy to have a Publix so convenient to my home, however, we really need another one! I pretty sure this is the busiest Publix on the planet. It is always crowded! Check out lines are long. Parking is a nightmare and the store just cannot keep up. It would seem there are other Publix in the area, but if you've sat in traffic on 27 or 17 you know that even if the next Publix is only 5-6 miles away it is easily a 20+ minute drive to the next one. Seriously, Reunion, Champions Gate, Bella Citta, or Haines City are all going to take you 20 min or more. This is why this one is just so overwhelmed and not a pleasure to shop at anymore.
