Excellent Service! Patterson is a great salesperson. I go to this store everyday and thoroughly enjoy the produce. Leonard is great too!

I don't normally leave reviews because I prefer to address concerns directly with management and…read moregive businesses the opportunity to correct issues privately. Unfortunately, after multiple conversations, nothing has changed. I've experienced several problems at this deli, but today's incident crossed the line from poor customer service into a potential food safety concern. While preparing my sub, the employee used the knife she had been spreading mayonnaise and mustard with and accidentally scraped it across the tomatoes. A large piece of tomato ended up on my sandwich. I immediately told her that I have a tomato allergy and could not eat anything that had come into contact with the tomatoes. Instead of remaking the sandwich, she simply removed the tomato and in the process smeared the Pitt off the tomato across the mayo, wiped it onto the sandwich paper that she then sat the bread on top of with tomato now on the outside of the sandwich... and still going to be used to wrap my food, and continued preparing the sub as if nothing had happened. Cross-contact with allergens is a serious issue, and simply removing the visible tomato does not make the sandwich safe for someone with an allergy. When I asked her to replace the paper and remake the sandwich, she responded with a noticeable attitude, as though my request was unreasonable. At that point, I told her not to worry about it and decided to take my business elsewhere. This isn't an isolated incident. I've consistently encountered employees at this deli who come across as dismissive, nonchalant, and unconcerned with customer service. I've already brought these issues to management on previous occasions because I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to improve before leaving public reviews. Unfortunately, the same attitudes and behaviors continue. Customer service can always be improved, but food safety--especially when it involves allergens--is not something that should ever be treated casually. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously before someone with a more severe allergy is harmed.

This seems to be connected to a long term renovation project in the store, which has created a situation where the entire location has been in a state of disrepair for a while now. The result is inconsistent inventory with empty shelves and certain items out of stock, and a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the store. Today, for example, there was a strong stench of rotting dog/cat food in the entrance area of the store. This was once a great Publix and it's in a prime location, so hopefully they can get back on track.

Every single time I shop here, the team is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. It never feels forced. There's just a different energy at this location, and it's something I've consistently noticed over the years. Of course, the parking can be a little interesting at times. It gets busy, people are trying to navigate the lot, and every now and then it feels like everyone forgot how to drive for a minute. But honestly, that's the least of my concerns. The parking is free, and once I'm inside, the experience more than makes up for any extra few minutes it might take to find a space. What keeps me coming back is the hospitality. Shopping for groceries may seem like a routine errand, but the people here make it feel a little more enjoyable every time. It's the kind of place where employees are happy to answer questions, help you find what you're looking for, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I'll happily drive a little farther for that kind of experience. Great customer service is hard to beat, and this Trader Joe's continues to get it right.

I don't understand why management decided to have employees restock shelves during late morning on Saturday, but that's what happened today while I was shopping. Yes, I understand that it's currently difficult to find/hire employees, and having them do things while they're at work is important, but making an obstacle course of pallets that employees are moving while customers pushing full size shopping carts are trying to avoid running into the pallets is not fun. Obviously, this means that pallets were blocking part of the aisles, all this while Saturday morning shoppers were trying to do their things. Some of the produce wasn't fresh, like the soft cucumbers that were on sale, and many of the sweet onions were rejects since they had soft spots. All of the self service checkouts were open, but the lines at them were moving slow. I opted to go through one of the two regular checkout lines, and the cashier was very quick at getting customers through. Overall, this Kroger is OK.

Upon entry, the warm smells of steaming sweet potatoes greets you! I think you can buy a bag & snack while you shop! I highly recommend eating BEFORE you go here, or you'll be tempted to buy a little bit of EVERYTHING! All the eastern Asian flavors and popular brands as well as the generics, Latin items, American staples, from fresh to frozen! The fresh seafood and hot deli items was cool. There were people stocking more things while I was there on a mid-Friday. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but they were around in case I had a question. There are cafe vendors and a dining area past the cashiers. They had Korean BBQ, hot dog on a stick, shave ice, & more. There's even a minimal area offering clothing and Korean skincare! For the kids (& the kid in you), there was an arcade including the Gacha games! Prices weren't outrageous and actually comparable to other international markets. Now that I know where I can get all my childhood delicacies, I'll be coming here often!!

I went this past week because I was looking for 2 specific items that I wasn't able to find at 2 other large Asian markets. Someone had suggested this Market because of the extensive ethnic choices. It has Asian (Korean, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Filipino), European, South American, Hispanic and American items. There are sections that have premade Asian meals, fresh seafood, extensive fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, pantry staples, bakery items, almost anything you might want. It's a large market and you could spend hours going up and down the aisles exploring. I was surprised to find they even had a favorite pop that I only thought I could get in Michigan. Now I know that I can go here and get it, without having to have it ordered online. It can get busy on the weekends when everyone is doing their weekly shopping, but I went later in the day and was able to find parking and not bump into people or long lines.
