I had to switch my prescriptions to Walgreens due to insurance and every time I've come the line is…read moreinsanely long. Inside and out. Waiting 30+ minutes is absolutely ridiculous. You are obviously doing something wrong here. I've gone to CVS in Target for years and years and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. If someone is in the drive through and you can't fill their order in a timely manner we, have them move up so the next person can get their prescription! Maybe a line for drop offs and one for just pickups? I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready. I'm likely switching back to CVS and I will pay the small additional fees.

My doctor called in a…read moreprescription on Monday morning at 9 AM when I called 24 hours later to find out the status I was told that the prescription had not been called in. So I called my doctor again to have them call it in. The pharmacist stated they would call me once they had. I waited a week called back and was told it wasn't in so I called the doctors office once again to find out the issue. Received a text to call the pharmacy back as they had an update to my prescription so I call after being on hold for 15 minutes I hang up and call again only to be hung up on. Called again as it's a prescription that is needed and this is the only compound pharmacy close by me. Finally speak to someone that basically asks if I want the prescription. After calling for 2 weeks of course I want the prescription. This seems excessive for a business that doesn't appear to have a ton of customers. Reading the previous reviews it seems that they are all happy coming here HOWEVER I was not impressed. Really concerning that a 100 dollar prescription takes weeks to get and then 3-4 days to make. Would rather go to walgreens or cvs and have them compound it for me as this place is not very customer focused in my opinion.

They are right next to my doctor so it is very convenient. I wish they had the ability to call you when a prescription is ready to remind you to pick it up period with 5 people getting prescriptions in my family it would be nice to have a phone call as a reminder when they have filled it. The staff at CVS has always been exceptionally helpful and provided excellent customer care. We have never encountered any problems with them. The store location is always clean and well-maintained. The markers on the aisles have been very helpful in finding the medications we need.
