    Well let me tell you why CVS sucks. I had a prescription refill. Easy, right? That would be wrong. For no reason they changed my 90 day prescription to a 30 day prescription. I showed him the bag and pointed out 30 days. We talked about it and they said they changed it. I'm an idiot for not verifying they changed it. I got home and read the label and saw it said 30 days. I was a little upset about it. I called and held for 30 minutes. When I left they were not busy and no one was walking in. No reason for 30 minutes on hold. I spoke to them and they said they would change it. Yes! I returned the next day. I had to wait behind 3 people which took about 10 minutes. They said they would change it. It should've been done yesterday so I don't have to wait AGAIN. They had to make them, which was another 20 minutes. They text me to let me know it's ready. I walk up and now have to wait behind 3 people. The bad news is that customer service is so bad in this country today that it is astonishing. A whole new generation will learn that making mistakes has no consequences. Wake up people try to do the right thing for people and do your job right upfront! For me this took a lot of unnecessary time and fuel. The frustration is intolerable!

    Don't know much about the pharmacy itself, but the store had everything I needed and the associate was very sweet and welcoming.

    Simply the worse pharmacy ever. Wait times are ridiculous and they don't seem to be able to keep up with the demand

    I came here for a newborn passport photo at 10:05 and didn't leave until 10:50 am. The woman…read moreSusana, a hispanic woman, was very dismissive, nonchalant, and indifferent. I took the newborn photo at home, ensuring that I meet all the requirements. I asked her if I could print the photo out, she said I would have to do a 4x6 which is the smallest size. Informing her that I needed a passport photo, she told me I would have to wait, because she was unloading and sorting through packages. Due to me having a passport appointment and I need to get the photo printed asap, I asked if I could upload the photo and pay the passport photo price. I did not want to lay my newborn on the counter to take a passport photo, especially since my newborn was asleep. She said I would have to go online and try then said I needed to go through the app. All of this wasted time and heres why. I take my newborn out of the carrier lay him on the counter now agitated. NOT ONCE did she take ANY PHOTO, she kept trying to touch my baby and hitting the button geeting a pre flash light. Another associate walked over and told me I could upload the photo on the kiosk and pay for it as a passport photo, if I had a photo of the newborn eyes open and looking at the camera. Susana was agitated that the associate said that and then finally did what I orginally asked after 40 MINS OF WASTING MY TIME.

We've talked with pharmacy at…read morefirst filling and made sure they knew that we needed all refills to be from the same manufacture (it's a generic med) because different companies use different binders which can be a problem if you switch. For 8 months they've been good and we've always double checked HOWEVER, this last time we didn't check for some reason. After two weeks of seizures increasing, we randomly check and saw that they used a different pharmaceutical manufacture. . I called and spoke with them and they had "NO notes in the system" even though I am positive that we had numerous conversations about it. This was a dangerous mistake on their part (I realize I am partially to blame by not checking and getting lax after 8 months). We have to be able to trust our pharmacy to do our medications correctly every time, all the time. Come on WalMart!!! Get it together. It's time for me to switch pharmacies.

She told me it would be filled in a month. It was a monthly med and I was 29 days past the last script filled. My Dr sends in 2 at a time and she couldn't figure it out so I walked her through it. She was actually the most incompetent out of many incompetent employees. What made it better was she was sweet. Sweet, kind, helpful are not words customers use for this pharmacy. When I 1st started using them about 10 years ago the male at the window was not just rude, he was scary, threatening. A simple way to 4xplain their total lack if competence us this. Im 77, and I can't open child proof caps. It's on my record they pull off. I ask every time to make sure its not the childproof type. If I didn't ask or a family member picks it up I get childproof. If they are unable to read that, and give me the proper cap how can we be surprised when they make other " mistakes" The worst thing for me instead of ever apologizing, or being nice they lie to try and cover their mistakes up. CVS Corporate doesn't care. I think its time we turn to whoever governs Pharmacists. People including me continue using this pharmacy because its open 24 hours. In our busy lives that helps.

It was humiliating and completely unfounded. I left feeling upset and shaken, and I really hope they handle this better. No one should have to go through that. Especially a 53 year old with severe MS!! He should of handled it so much more professionally. I had no idea CVS employs people with no character or class! Unbelievable!!
