I have been going here for about 20 years. Over that time period, there have been ups and downs. But overall, they are a solid place to do business. The pharmacy staff have been very helpful to me whenever there have been RX issues. They have also been fantastic about helping me transfer RXs to other locations and back when I ran out of meds on the road. Overall, I appreciate them and their hard, thankless work. I don't understand why they hold people in the drive thru who's prescriptions aren't ready for so long. If their prescription isn't ready, tell them to circle the building. That's how they do everywhere else. They will sit and hold someone at the window for 20 minutes while there's a line of people. It doesn't make any sense. read more

Well let me tell you why CVS sucks. I had a prescription refill. Easy, right? That would be wrong. For no reason they changed my 90 day prescription to a 30 day prescription. I showed him the bag and pointed out 30 days. We talked about it and they said they changed it. I'm an idiot for not verifying they changed it. I got home and read the label and saw it said 30 days. I was a little upset about it. I called and held for 30 minutes. When I left they were not busy and no one was walking in. No reason for 30 minutes on hold. I spoke to them and they said they would change it. Yes! I returned the next day. I had to wait behind 3 people which took about 10 minutes. They said they would change it. It should've been done yesterday so I don't have to wait AGAIN. They had to make them, which was another 20 minutes. They text me to let me know it's ready. I walk up and now have to wait behind 3 people. The bad news is that customer service is so bad in this country today that it is astonishing. A whole new generation will learn that making mistakes has no consequences. Wake up people try to do the right thing for people and do your job right upfront! For me this took a lot of unnecessary time and fuel. The frustration is intolerable! read more

They closed the gate on my wife and I's face right after helping the customer in front of us. Two employees stood there and watched us as they closed the gate. I had to say excuse me through the gate to even get someone to talk to us and the employee says, "we are closed from 1:30 until 2 for lunch." There is no sign on the front of the building or pharmacy stating that they close for lunch. read more

Don't know much about the pharmacy itself, but the store had everything I needed and the associate was very sweet and welcoming.

The CVS at 51 Seven Hills is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Thay are constantly out of meds and have no idea when they will get them. They claim there is a shortage, however multiple other places have the meds on hand. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you need your scripts filled. I would not get out of the electric chair to go back inside this place!! Just an average CVS, nothing special. A few opportunities to improve are faster cash outs and figuring out how to get their Apple Pay to work; every time I've tried to use it they cannot get it to work. The prices are a little high as I have found similar products on amazon for 1/2 the cost. read more

Worst customer service when I went to pickup my prescription, she kept asking for my information 4 times and when I told her I am late for work , I ask her to you want me to write it down for you. The farmacist instead of helping her out tells me to chill out after waiting for 20 minutes to pickup a ready prescription. How disappointing CVS! I just moved to seven hills and figured that I would change my frequently used CVS pharmacy from the 24 hour CVS located on Charles Hardy to this new CVS within a mile of my new home. I've used the CVS on Charles Hardy for my family of five for over 7 years and have nothing negative to say. Despite being the busiest pharmacy ever, they staff correctly and are always super nice, efficient and helpful! That's hard to say about pharmacies but they do it right! However, despite having the same name, my experience could not have been more different. I pulled into the drive through and explained that I'm in the system over at the Charles Hardy CVS but since my recent move to Seven Hills they would be my new pharmacy and handed the tech a prescription. She asked me to hold on and two minutes later came back and said they do not carry this medication (which I happen to know is not that uncommon and is extremely expensive as I've purchased it at the other CVS before) with arrogance that a pharmacy tech should not have or anyone who is employed and responsible for profits through sales! I kindly (even after the attitude) asked if they could order it as I would be a regular customer for other medications for my family and the pharmacist actually had the nerve to say to me "our customers are not on that medication, so no". Now, I don't know if its because I had painting clothes on since I'm in the middle of painting my new home and didn't fit the customer type they normally have or she just didn't like the medication, but here's a note: don't judge a person based on their appearance, it's an off day and I'm painting, your red vest wasn't too sharp an outfit either. Also, it's not your job to prescribe medication, you are a pharmacy, it's your job to count it out, bag it and collect my payment. I hope based on this post all of my thousands of new neighbors boycott this corner CVS as they were extremely unprofessional, judgmental and downright discriminatory for absolutely NO REASON. Who are you to judge a person based on a medication a licensed and board certified doctor has prescribed me? I don't think you went to school for 12 years and I don't think your practicing medicine, your distributing it and are in charge of its sales. The shame if it is, I was so excited to have a corner CVS where I probably spend $1000 a month and now not only will I take my $1000 a month to Walgreens or Publix but I will never step foot in this CVS again for as long as I live within a mile of it, all because of one bad hiring decision probably costing your company thousands of dollars a day because if i was treated like that over a 6 pill prescription, lord knows how many other customers your pharmacist is driving away right along with your profits. I hope this review saves the next person the insulting trip that I made today and makes CVS think twice about who is employed at this store and serving your customers (or former customers)! These people and this pharmacy in particular is awful. They close at 9 and I attempted to get a prescription filled at 730. It was for plaxovid and was given to me by the doctor along the lines of you need this and then this will keep you out of the hospital. Electronically transferred I was also given a paper copy of the prescription with hindsight now knowing the doctor knew CVS was trash. I get to the window and the attendant has the inhaler that was prescribed. I informed him there was another prescription for plaxovid. His response, we don't have anything else. After producing the paper script, the attendant then informed me it would be tomorrow and they weren't going to get to it. The we didn't get it part was a lie. The we aren't going to get to it part falls in the category of we just don't care. The attendant was rude and and patently could care less. I'd tell anyone, find another pharmacy or at least someone that can be truthful. You have to think in the space of one day your life might depend on it. read more

I've had nothing but superb customer service at Seven Hills CVS. Mandy and the rest of the staff go the extra mile when trying to offer discounts when my prescriptions aren't cover under my insurance. I never had to wait for ready prescriptions and if there not ready the wait isn't long My husband gets the same treatment as well. I moved to Seven Hills a year ago and changed my pharmacy from Charles Hardy CVS to Seven Hills CVS. Charles Hardy CVS was awful ready prescriptions were never ready. Staff is very friendly; they are the slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered though in terms of filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Hours and hours , without fail, to fill antibiotics sent in by my pediatrician. Submit an RX for refill on the app, go 4 hours later, told "we need 5 more minutes" 2-3 times. Which means "we did not even start this refill until you got here". I must use a drive thru, eliminating my ability to use local grocery stores' pharmacies, and my insurance isn't in network at Walgreens, making CVS the only game in town. Unfortunate, because I dread every trip there. I've used other locations before for years with zero problems. It's this location. If you have other choices, go elsewhere. read more

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I sent in a refill request to this location last Thursday (7 days ago) which was supposed to be ready that next day on Friday. I never received a notification it was ready, so I sent another request for the prescription on Monday. By Wednesday, still nothing, not even a phone call, so I called the pharmacy myself. I sat on hold for 32 minutes before I finally hung up and called the front office/manager. Sat on hold for them another 7 minutes with no answer. I called the pharmacy again, sat on hold another 12 minutes. Someone finally answered (didn't say hi or anything) and all she said was "Can you hold?" I literally stopped her and said "no I can't hold" to keep her from hanging up again and proceeded to tell her I had been on hold for almost an hour at that point. I told her same as above and that all I needed to know is if my script is ready. She says that they have the prescription but no it's not ready, but that she can have it for me that evening (Wednesday evening). I once again never received notification this was ready. Fast forward to Thursday afternoon, I am at my doctors office around 2pm where they SHOW ME all the responses they have given my pharmacy with refills. At that point they had sent the refill authorization in 4 times but offered to send it a 5th time. I asked them to send it one more time just to be sure since I still had not received a call/text saying my script is ready. I left the doctors office around 3ish, proceeded to run errands for almost 4 hours, then pulled up to the drive thru at 6:45. The lady then has the audacity to tell me they are still working on the script and that she can have it ready I'm about 30 minutes. I told her the entire story above about how I've literally waited a week for this script and that I was not waiting 30 minutes. They need to get it now. Again, she says they can't, so I told her no worries, I'll just transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. No more than 10 minutes later I get a call from the pharmacist telling me that MY DOCTOR is the one that is holding up my prescription and that he heroically was able to get my refill for me today. I received another call about 10 minutes later saying my prescription is finally ready. Jokes on them, in the 30 minutes it took them to FINALLY get my prescription ready (after a week), Kroger pharmacy has already transferred the prescription to their location, filled the prescription, AND called me to let me know it's ready. What a joke. I will never be filling with this place again. Save yourself the time and energy and go to Kroger where they actually have stuff ready efficiently for you. read more

I can't tell you how many times I have received Rx for other people in my bag and to make it worse, twice they were for serious pain killers! Check you bags before leaving is all I can say. Or receiving a call saying the RX were ready to pick up only to find out that they were not able to fill the entire Rx but would give me partial until they receive the balance. Why not tell me that in the first place and seek another CVS that can fill it that day?? Not a fan at all! read more

on the web page it says the pharmacy is open 8am -10pm.i called the manager to tell her who tried to talk over me and telling me that was store hours. i told her under pharmacy it said 8am to 10pm. again she said i was wrong.very rude and maybe needs to have additional training. need to hire better manger. read more

I went to pick up my prescription today & was expecting to pay a somewhat discounted amount through GoodRx. I have an undesirable insurance plan through the marketplace & was under the impression that it only paid for my annual wellness visit. I was expecting to pay over $40 for the GoodRx price when the cashier told me the price would be $20, that my insurance paid for the rest. I was shocked, but it was a very pleasant surprise. The cashier told me that the pharmacist searched in the system & noticed that I had insurance, so they tried to run the prescription through. I did not realize it, but for generic meds, I have a copay of $20 until I meet my deductible of $6,800. I appreciate this extra step on the pharmacists' part. I presented the prescription the other day with the GoodRx coupon, so he had no responsibility whatsoever to consider insurance as an option for payment. This may not seem like a big deal to some, although $20, or any amount saved in my opinion is a good thing. But, not only did the pharmacist save me money on this prescription, but made me aware of the fact that my insurance will pay for generic prescriptions. I spent over $600 last month on two new prescriptions at Walmart, and that was using the Blink app discount. I paid for all of this personally because I thought my insurance did not cover any prescriptions until I met my deductible. I will now go back & see if I can get a reimbursement from the insurance company, assuming they were generic prescriptions. But, I am so thankful that I now know I only have to pay $20 for generic prescriptions. Had this pharmacist not checked for insurance & my benefit, I would still be finding discount coupons & paying more than I should. I am extremely grateful!! I will also add that I had the same prescription filled at CVS in Brunswick, GA last month & I paid the $40+ using the GoodRx discount. The pharmacist or workers in that store did not check for insurance. So, although one might think this is a store-wide policy at CVS (one that I wasn't aware of), not everyone is going the extra mile to help the customer. Thank you to the pharmacist & to the cashier for being so helpful & taking the time to verify my insurance with what the store has in the system!! I recently moved to Seven Hills & am looking forward to enjoying the service & convenience of this store. read more
