I started in the prescription pickup line as the third car. It was a long time getting to first position -I was in line for over 1/2 hour and at least 15 minutes in the first position before getting any communication. Over fifteen minutes, I rang the bell twice, knocked once, and finally opened the window and said hello! That brought two people who seemed to not believe anyone could possibly be waiting in the car line. And I was scolded for opening the window, but also told that the bell was not working. Please. CVS management, close the car lane if you cannot provide service. All told, I waited 45 minutes. And even though I informed the worker and pharmacist that there were three cars behind me, they immediately shut the window and walked away. I can't imagine how long the others had to wait. A young lady was also waiting on a line of customers at the front, so it seems they were adequately staffed today.

I am not one to write a review in any negative regard , normally I will chalk everything up to a…read moresimple mistake however I just got out of the Milledgeville Walmart where I waited for around 10 minutes for an associate to be able to answer my question. I picked up a windshield shade because mine broke and went straight to the one I owned previously , there were 6 when I walked up and I saw they were only $4.50 on clearance so I grabbed one. At the register the associate said it was scanning as $9.50, while this isn't a bad price at all, it is not what the electronic tag said. She went back to the automotive area and took a photograph of I guess another area where the same shade was for that higher price and insinuated that I was incorrect. I clarified that I took 2 separate photographs showing the amount of shades on that hook and when she returned from talking to her manager , she said "my manager said we can do it this as a one time courtesy". Every Walmart I have worked at taught you during training , if an item is in the incorrect place and there is multiple of it , you have to honor the price. Whether this is company wide or store specific, I am unsure. The whole experience and energy of the associate that was I was a nuisance for wanting the price I saw on the electronic tag. I believe if I had not taken a picture to send to a friend telling her to come grab one, they wouldn't have had that "courtesy" , I understand the associates are overworked and underpaid but the entire experience made me feel not only inconvenienced enough to hop on yelp and write a review but left a very sour taste in my mouth about this location in totality.
