Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars. read more

This store has gone so far downhill in the last two or so years. This week alone I found a bug crawling inside a cake package at the deli, a bug in a package of strawberries, an out of date refrigerated pasta sauce, an opened pain reliever, and have been overcharged for sushi on Sushi Wednesday. The pharmacy drive through is slow af most of the time. Inside and out they require your birth date, address, and signature to pick up your medicine. One of these should be sufficient. The deli is slow and doesn't stay stocked half the time with popcorn chicken and sides. The prepared foods in the refrigerated case are hit or miss plus a lot of the items are not secured on both sides. It's gotten to where I don't trust anything from there. God how I wish there was another grocery store to choose from that's not so far out of my way especially when driving to work. read more

Probably the worst Publix in the nation. They have handpicked the dumbest and slowest people to steer this shit into grocery store oblivion. Seriously the pace at which these people move - esp on the high traffic deli and sandwich counters makes a turtle look like Usain Bolt!! You will be there for a couple of hours to get your deli meats / sandwiches made - guaranteed. Well I'm going to Tennessee and I pulled into Publix. and surprise surprise they took my Kroger coupons what a great deal! I felt so good about that going shopping and still saving money hallelujah life is good. oh yes I thought their meats and bread very very good. read more

I placed an order for pick up today and it went to this store. However I was in Madison at work. The manager Sarah helped me out. As they could not cancel the order as I paid online. She had it delivered to me. She turned my whole day around, I am so thankful for her great customer service. She really went above and beyond read more

So it's 9:10 and I'm still sitting in the drive thru waiting on the lady to open. She's in there but shows no sign of opening up. And now I'm told there's no pharmacist here. What's crazy is.... the pharmacist has already filled the prescription and we just need to pick it up and can't. That's my mother sugar pills that she needs IMMEDIATELY! Ugh! My second favorite grocery store! So glad this area got this store a few years ago. MUCH needed. The store is clean and the selection is great. Now, the meat prices are a little out of control (almost more than the DC/MD/VA area). Some of the nicest peeps work there (breath of fresh air from the meanies outside of the deep south). Best cuts of meat, best vegetables and fruits around. Nice friendly staff always willing to help, and usually offer to help before I even have a chance to ask. Always smiling faces, and a good atmosphere. Clean and organized. Love this grocery store. Literally no room for improvement it's so great! Even the store brand foods are as good or better than name brand. Always fast and efficient at checkout. I don't think I ever had a reason to complain about anything ever! read more
