Get you a front row seat lol yhea I buy my dove soap at bjs too n grocery odds n ends n sometimes 24 pack of heinikin for Roll tide Roll Football games ,, love bama football n sometimes get chicken from Bjs make chicken fingers for the game ! Get my gas here too very nice pump station n they have nice staff to help ya find what ya need ! In winter time I even shop for clothing warm attire to new boxers lol we go cruising a lot so wanna check out the bjs travel it's nice store read more

While I am a Costco loyalist, my parents who live in Newnan have a BJ's membership, so I pop by when in town and poke around. The setup of the store is very similar to other bulk stores, at least on the perimeter. However the middles space of the store is an odd combination of items from seasonal, furniture, patio sets, clothes, protein and a few other things. The store was clean, well lit and well stocked. Mu only two issues here, which could go hand in hand, were lack of available staff and lack of carts. There were no carts from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All the carts were in the corral's in the parking lot, so if you wanted a cart, bring it with you. The lack of available staff was unfortunate, as we had questions relating to computers and outdoor storage, but were unable to find anyone other than the associate helping with self checkout. And she honestly was at a loss as to who was available to help. Overall, I'll stick with Costco, but my folks seem to enjoy this spot. read more

I enjoy shopping here because it's not super crowded. I can maneuver through the isles easily, grab what I need and get out relatively quickly. However, would be nice if there was someone at the registers to help keep the lines moving. When I was there today there were a couple of first time shoppers who didn't know how to work the register and a few others who didn't know they could move up to the next register instead of stopping at the first one and blocking other customers. I ended up going around the side to get to one of the two open registers. Having an employee there would keep the line moving more efficiently. read more

First visit...This is by far the BEST wholesale club I've ever seen. The warehouse is clean, and very well organized. Every isle is labeled so your not confused as to where to go. Upon walking down each isle, their products are completely stocked in perfect order. Amazing! Not quite sure if BJ's prices are better than Sams Club or Costco, however after coming here you'll never want to go anywhere else. Become a BJ member!! read more

Love this store to purchase favorites for my Aussie shepherd and me! However, what I really appreciate is the courtesy -- especially from Carl and Chris. Carl is one of the managers; and his kindness to me, other customers, and fellow employees is so appreciated. Chris is a courteous young man who has helped me put the huge bag of bird food in my car quite a few times. The conversations with both of these gents have made my day more times than I can say. It's never too crowded in here and the check out is a breeze. One drawback is getting hit-up by the home insulation gurus on a fairly regular basis. Fortuitously I found they leave you alone if you live in a newly built house read more

Visited BJ's today to get a new set of tires on my vehicle. It was an easy process and Frank provided great service. I waited about an hour (normal wait time) for the service, but called ahead for an appointment. A few people walked in while I was there and he told them he was booked up for the rest of the day. So, definitely make an appointment. read more

Used to be a member here. Had the membership where I got cash back. Kind of pricey and, in the end, was not worth it. What little "cash back" I got came in the form of a BJ's gift card. *Shocker* However, it's a nice store. Always neat and clean. Employees seem nice (when I talk to them). Selection is decent. Expect to spend a chunk of change buying in bulk. Anyway, it's just not cost effective for me to shop here. Never really had any issues with the store. read more

IN AND OUT! I was really surprised by this store today because we were able to walk right in and right up to Customer service to complete our return. Returns here are always hassle free but I was just surprised that there was not a line on a Saturday afternoon. Holiday weekends are always fun because there is usually a lot of sampling going on. Although there was some sampling going on today, nothing was really special or tempting (unlike the Cumming store). BJ's has the best "laugh out loud", sympathy, thinking of you and special occasion card selection I have seen. We purchase cards from here on a regular basis and love to keep a stash on hand, just in case. Checkout was quick and easy today! read more

I recently joined and shopped here for the first time. I like the store very much. The service at checkout was great and it was fast. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is because I would like to see more selection of goods sold at this store. I got some Christmas gifts and some groceries and home products. I will be going back every month. The customer service is a lot better than Sam's Club. read more

BJ'S is great for buying in bulk! And one thing I really love is the coupon booklet that they provide at the entrance. They have some great deals and a huge selection of products. I visit here regularly and I am always happy knowing I've got a great deal! read more

Can often buy things at the grocery store cheaper. Have to track down merchandise because it has been moved to s different area of the store. Sheets, towels and linens are often cheaper at Kohl's and better quality. Membership fee keeps going up. read more

I was having major issues with BjS travel and was being put on hold 30-55 minutes each time. The people at the travel part is separate vendor that bj's uses. I booked a flight with the travel club last night got my confirmation number and the form said to check back in 24 hours. So, I did. After being on hold 45 minutes they finally pickup. The lady who answered says it doesn't look like my trip was confirmed. There was something wrong with my credit card. I told her that I had checked with my bank and that there was a hold on my account for $853.00. She says oh that's so we can get everything booked it may take us a day or two to get your room booked. I told her if I used the hotels.com on my phone I could get confirmed in less than a minute and it may take her 2 days. She told me I could take the sheet I printed to the airport and they could use it. I told her I had taken trips many times and never seen anyone board a plane without a ticket. I told her I wanted to cancel and she tells me the flight portion was non refundable. I reminded her that she had just said it didn't take so it wasn't booked. I told her I was at the BjS store and would talk to the manager. Her whole attitude and story changed. I hung up went in and spoke to Julie Barfield she looked at what I had and started calling people and got this taken care of in less time than I was on hold with the morons at the travel side.
