Shop here regularly. For the most part the employees are friendly and helpful but there are a couple of people in management that are not friendly at all. Twice now one particular female in management has been rude for just asking a simple question. She acts as if she's too busy to stop and deal with a paying customer. I cannot find bread here that doesn't have less than five ingredients. More like 40 ingredients. So I go to aldis and get their 4 ingredient sourdough bread. If Publix has this and I just can't find it someone please tell me! I even checked the bakery section and it appears that all the bread has an insane amount of ingredients. Is there any safe bread? I am seriously starting to have doubts. If I could find safe bread they would have a five star review from me. Also a huge score- I have found two brands of organic heavy cream cream here that do not have polysorbate 80. There are some stores around here that don't even provide polysorbate 80less heavy cream. So thank you so much for that! The dates are phenomenal-life changing! The fruit here is more expensive than aldis, but it is all way more fresh and clean. read more

I really like the store and service. I don't buy my roasts anywhere else. My only problem was chocolate strawberries I ordered for a Valentine gift. The berries were not ripe at the stem area. I saw some in produce section and only the tops were unripe, so maybe most of the berry will taste sweet. I will add that they did go look for replacement berries, but I guess all were unripe at top. I placed an online order from the deli to be picked up. I got an email stating my order would be ready for pickup; however, when I arrived not only was it not ready but they had no record of it (I did check to make sure I ordered from the right location). Kudos to Jasmin in the deli department though. Not only did she apologize for the inconvenience but she went above and beyond to start preparing my order immediately and then delivered it to my home. What was originally frustrating turned into a very pleasant experience thanks to Jasmin! read more

Deli chicken ordered and delivered by Instacart. Wow. So overdone it was not edible! Rotisserie chicken was mostly like beef jerky, like someone forgot it in the oven. Fried chicken was way overdone, my husband could not eat it. Dry as a bone. More expensive than any other fried chicken (popeye's, kfc, winn dixie deli, etc.) Really inferior. My bf and I love going to Publix to grocery shop. But this last time we went I'm incredibly disappointed we went Friday Sept. 9th 22 next day open a bag of cinnamon bread... moldy. Couple days later every fruit we got... moldy. I already returned the bread but it's been a week and most the stuff I got are MOLDY!!! Ugh!! I switched to Publix pharmacy after having such a horrible time with another pharmacy that I have been with for a long time because they were always out of a medicine that I have filled every month and I was always having to wait days or a week for them to get more in. I've been a custOmer in Publix for a long period of time. When they open a branch in Milton are, I was happy beacause it's convenient to us. We live near and it's only 3miles away from our house. I never had a bad experience to the people in all Publix from Pensacola to Milton and Pace until today. I went to Publix ind Dogwood and ordered a sandwich and this is the worst person that I encountered.I ordered one sandwich and I'm waiting for him to finish the one sandwich and ordered another one for my husband. He told me next time If I order more sandwiches I have to order in one time. So I called the stinky manager in the deli and she told me that's how the way the Publix is set up. They are extremely rude!! I never go back there again. sometimes when i get a sandwich I go and walk around and buy more fruits for our lunch and some other goodies.. as far as I know publix is not set up to order the sandwiches in one time cause you always can go back and buy how much you want!!... read more

Shop here every week and like it. Unfortunately I have had too many products I have bought that have passed the expiration date...many. Definitely watch the dairy section. Just bought chips 8/12/19 with a sell by date of 6/22/19 and my fault since I know they don't look. Also watch the bogo and sell items for expirations. read more

I just wanted to let everyone out there know how great it feels to shop at Pubix in Pace, FL. They have so many organic vegetables and fruits, this is my go to store. There is one more thing I love about this store though, it's the cashier named Joyce. She is the friendliest person working. Not one time have I went in there, when she was working, did I not come out smiling. That is huge after spending all that money in there. There prices are higher on some things than the other store I shop at, but she makes it worth your while. When you say something to the manager he sort of acts like OK, but I think this must be due to everyone bragging about her. Love to see happy, friendly people when spending my money, instead of people hating their jobs. read more
