I was walking by with my basket of groceries and the man worker at the door has a line checking a ladies receipt so I tried to go around because why do I need to wait in line to walk out? (I don't) so I walk around and another lady worker stops me and tells me to hand the guy worker my receipt . I said I dont want to stop ..she stood in front of me and my family and pointed to me to hand the receipt to the worker as I stated again I dont want to stop. Walmart delivery is not reliable! Most of the drivers can't speak or read English, their system allows drivers to refuse to deliver orders and there is no system in place to communicate with a person. For the last 2 months drivers go to the wrong street and or address. One would think a $300. Order would be delivered ! read more

OMG. Returned items that were bought online and were new and unopened! Dumb women with a bad attitude credits me for half of the total cost! I asked why and she said the machine will only do that! I asked for a manager and they gave me another dumb women also and bad attitude and she said the same thing and I had to call the 800 number! Asked for a real manager and got a Lead person who resolved the issues in minutes! I asked why they couldn't have done that? I had cut back spending a Walmart a while back but kind of start buying more again! Back to giving other stores more business! Walmart needs a house cleaning! I will say the Garden items to me have seem to gone up in price but I guess everything has lately. Walmart does always have great deals so it all works in the end but I will say the Shrubs were good quality and still growing so a few extra dollars is worth the convenience of the location of this Walmart! :-) read more

Have been a customer of the service center for many years, but over the last couple of years the service has declined atrociously. Today I was second in line for service and a tire rotation. They finished the service then parked the van pulling in 3 other vehicles ahead of me that had come in well behind me. They've lost a steady customer today and I'll start going to Jiffy Lube from now on. read more

I've been to many many different Walmarts throughout the country. I have to say this is definitely one of the better ones. Not just because it's my local Walmart but because they're usually well stocked. I would say 99% of the employees are friendly and approximately 75% are helpful. I always check dates on perishable items and I've never come across anything that's past it's expiration date. Unfortunately, all Walmart's aren't created equal. I try to avoid peak hours as to avoid the crowds. It can get really busy in there. I mean REALLY busy!! They need stop signs in some of the isles because it can get intense. The parking lot is on the smaller side. Also, this particular Walmart is definitely not big rig friendly. If your bobtailing you should be fine as long as you park near the garden section in the rear of the parking lot. They also DO NOT allow overnight parking. As for cleanliness, I would give them three stars. With the amount of traffic this Walmart gets I'm surprised it's not extremely dirty. I will definitely be back because it's right near my home and I actually enjoy this Walmart. read more

It's one of those Walmarts where in one aisle I saw two open packages (with contents stolen), and an emptied pack of beef jerky (probably stolen and eaten while stealing other things, because lots of crime requires protein). Most of the staff was on their phones, so it doesn't surprise me they missed things being ripped-off. Not the worst Walmart I've been to, but far from the best. read more

If I'm living or visiting Florida, why would I want to buy an Alabama shirt? I don't expect to buy Florida shirts in Alabama. I want to buy a Marlins shirt, a Miami shirt, or a simple Florida graphic shirt. The Alabama clothing racks were fully stocked and the shoes department was empty. I couldn't find sandals for the summer but the cowboy hats were fully stocked. I don't want to feel like I'm in Alabama, I want to feel and experience living in Florida by the beach. Worse wal mart customer service I ever experienced. They double charged me and cannot get them to reimburse me for nothing. Every time I go there, they keep giving a bunch of bull manure. Will be filing a fraudulent complaint against with my bank and then maybe I can get my money back. Never will go to this Walmart again. read more

I was stopped on the way out and asked for my receipt and my three bags of groceries were rummaged through as if I was a thief. I was clean and well groomed and am nearly 70 years old. I guess it was thought that I stole something between the cashier (I did not use self check out) and the exit door. The greeter said it was because not all of my purchases were in bags. I know it was not the large packages of paper towel and toilet paper, so I guess she decided that very large bottle of dish detergent must have been pilfered. How is an item not in a bag a sign of theft? Wouldn't it be better for a thief to put the stolen item in one of the bags? This was very insulting. Is this how the Pace Walmart treats the elderly? In some areas, open theft is not even confronted. Thank goodness I live in another area because I will not be shopping that this store again. My only regret is that I did not go to the service desk and return all of my items and ask for a refund. read more

the Auto Repair dept is a joke. My husband order tires and made an appointment to have them put on. It was made for 9:00 am. At 9:20 no one had bothered even asking him who he was or what he needed. He is standing by a register this whole time. He has to ask some guy about his appt. Finally they get his vehicle in- start taking the first tire off. Well they sent the wrong size which my husband was going to use the payment plan to pay for this. So now he had to pick a different tire that was more expensive and not available on payment plan. Get your crap together! The customer service was a joke. The tires were the wrong size. Then had to use his credit card to pay for it because no payment plan available. I would have told them to put my tire back on and yas can piss off. Total bs. Get your garage people in training or something! Totally bad transactio. I tried to tell him not to go to you in the first place! I will never refer you ass hats to anyone. read more

So my wife took my car to get an oil change. They put in 7.6 quarts of oil rather than the 6 it takes and then charged extra for the extra mobile 1. When contacted the response was bring it to us we will suck the extra out. Really? Bright idea. I want to drive it some more like that. Loved getting under it in 100' heat and 90' humidity to drain the extra oil. Obviously some dip stick can't even read a dip stick. Great job guys. Never again. read more

I shop here a lot, I even used to work for this company, and I will tell you it is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. The employees have attitudes, the shelves are never stocked and the managers never show when requested. Today on 04-11-16 I walked by the fish and saw these poor animals shoved in the back. Who knows how long they've been dead there and when their last water change was. I waited over half an hour for a manager and they never showed. Despicable. read more

I used to work at this dump. Beware the frozen food, pre-frozen bakery items, meats and seafood. While I was working there, the managers had us pulling large palettes of these items out of the freezer to break them down onto carts. The stuff would be out of the freezer for way longer than the 15 minutes that regulations allow, completely thaw out. By managers, I do not mean department managers, who were actually really cool people. I mean the higher-ups. My real complaint with them is that, when I asked for some weekday afternoons off to help my daughter with homework when she started bringing home bad grades in math, I was told that all of my hours would be cut. Even the three shifts I got every weekend. They cut me down to 12-16 hours a week, so I quit. Thanks Walmart for helping me live better. read more

I'm gonna start this off with saying I dispise Walmart. This location was actually very clean and well kept. The bathrooms were clean and for the most part every thing was put away and organized. My number one compliant is the amount of cashiers for the amount of people that were there. 30 check out lanes and only 4 of them were open. The self check was packed because half of the registers were out of order. I would think that such a big chain retailer would have the logistics of a speedy check out and peak hour man power figured out at this point in time. If you have other options like local bussinesses or ordering online from a ethical company take it. Stop supoorting peasent insurance. read more

Wait over an hour for grocery pickup. The wait times have gotten longer and longer over past two months. I'll have to find a new store.

This place makes it almost impossible to do the right thing. It took three trips and countless calls to try to pay for a bill on work on my vehicle that I didn't get charged for. Even the manager is incompetent it's the closest wal-mart to me but I will drive to Pensacola from now on. I spent money in gas and time trying to get this bill taken care of. read more

I cannot believe I am writing a review for Wal-Mart. Holy cow. This place is a zoo (like every Wal-Mart everywhere). I stopped in to get some face scrub and pick up a kitchen brush to do dishes with. They were completely out of face scrub. The brand I wanted, the wal-mart brand, all of it. Huh!?! I know it's popular, but geez. And it was a Tuesday evening, not like at the end of a crazy Saturday. So now I am a bit peeved. After all, finding parking is always an adventure, but at least if you get what you came for it's okay. So on to find the scrubber. I looked in the kitchen aisle- the one with the drawer organizers, the utensils and so on. I looked all around (a few aisles on either side) and then tried to find the cleaner aisle, gave up and left. I went to Target. I was crazy and decided to give the food part a try one day. Ugh. I HATE when the frozen food is at the end completely opposite of the dairy. You have to choose- do i want melted ice cream or warm milk by the time I check out? So I suffered through that and go to check out. I can't believe I didn't notice earlier. I get the cart up to the checkout stands right by the fruit and veggie section (so obviously in the food section of the store). NO conveyor belts on which to put your full cart of food. So you ring up a few items at a time. Hmmm... how convenient. Oh, and since you can't unload your cart all at once and then use that cart in which to put your freshly bagged groceries, you have to go to the front and get another cart so you have someplace to put the food. Stupidest system I have ever seen. Guess I should have taken my groceries to the other end of the store that at least has conveyor belts. I don't care if things are a little cheaper here, I am going to Target and regular grocery stores! read more

This review is only for the deli fried chicken. At first, on seeing the size of the pieces, thought it was a good deal. When we got it home and settled in for our dinner, we were pretty bummed. There was a ridiculous amount of breading and not a lot of chicken. Disappointing! read more

I would normally never write a review on Walmart - we all know they are very few ppls favorite store but it stays in business because of the way higher prices or limited selection of their local competitors. In this case even more so unless you want to drive 30 min to Pensacola. But that is not what I am writing the review about. I was so upset by what I saw in Walmart tonight but honestly didn't know what to do. I plan to call the store manager in the morning. When I went to check out there were a couple ppl ahead of me and of course after only a short time a couple ppl behind me. The store wasn't very busy so there were minimal checkouts open (which is the norm). While I was waiting I quickly noticed the Cashier looked like he was in pain to the point where his face was really flushed and he seemed VERY uncomfortable. When it was my turn I asked him if he was ok. He said not really but there's nothing I can do. I said something like I'm sorry with concern. He replied if they would just let me go to the bathroom I would be ok. Although I don't remember word for word what else was said I got the impression this was a recurring issue for employees. I didn't want to say anything that night because I didn't want to jeopardize his job for him. But I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and telling him I think this borders on Abuse and can actually cause serious health issues. read more

The Walmart at Pace Fl is the best Walmart store I have ever been in. The associates are friendly and very helpful. Always willing to help. I went in Walmart last week. It was early in the day and after shopping I felt a little weak. I got to the check out and went to the cooler unit for a Coke. As I was putting my groceries on the belt I spilt my soda. The cashier got some paper towels and wiped up the mess off the belt and floor. She said don't worry about it, and smiled and joked with me. I was amazed at her attitude. Her name tag said Julie. I had a great start to my day. This isn't the first time an associate has helped me, always with a smile and friendly manner. Keep up the great job ! read more

My favorite store because of great selection and lowest prices. This store added a self check out on both sides of the regular checkout, so if you have a few items you can go home sooner. I shop here several times a week. read more
