I have been to this Publix countless times over the past 30 years and never had an issue from product, deli to service. I have gotten cakes, sandwiches, groceries, last minute items, medicine, etc... As the years past, this Publix is need of some updates and conditional love. Overall, if you love Publix, this store will tick all the boxes of the things that make you love the brand! You can always go to self-checkout, where the bags are often out, and the scanner is dirty, making it hard to scan your items. Shelves are typically empty, and the floors just look a little dingier than normal. I'm not sure whether it's the store's location or its regular customers, but I firmly believe that every shopper deserves an excellent experience, no matter their economic background or neighborhood. Generally, when you go to the store, the staff are on their phones. They disregard you, are not attentive, and do not even look at you. They need serious intervention at this location. I would say the residents who frequently shop here deserve so much more, and I look forward to seeing changes implemented.
