I was a new patient in 2022 and was seeing Cody Pinlac, NP at first and everything was great. Then…read morein 2024 he left and they scheduled me with Ronald Harmon, NP and no one ever notified me. I found out when I got to the office. Ronald Harmon was the rudest person I've ever seen in the medical field. I tried to change to someone else and they would not let me! He said he was gonna decrease my pain meds or cut them out completely if I didn't stop one certain medicine that I had been on for years!!! Cody never had a problem with it!! I tried 1 suggestion he recommended and he still cut my medicine. He also scheduled for me to have a 4 part procedure that I had already been through and did NOT work. He was so rude everything I had an appointment I would leave in tears! I talked with the office manager who was nice about everything but still there was no change. I scheduled myself to see another pain clinic for a second opinion (which everyone is entitled to). So when I canceled 2 or 3 part of procedure because my mother was having surgery and for my second opinion they discharged me!! They never notified me of that either!! I found out when I called to check time and the lady at first told me the clinic I had second appointment with canceled the appointment. I told her they had no right to do that because I was only going for a second opinion. She then backtracked and said that THEY CANCELED it because I was seeing another pain management clinic. I told her they can do that because everyone is entitled to a second opinion without remorse. Her response was, "oh, well". So I called back to speak with office manager who knew about everything and was nice about but said there was nothing he could do but I could contact the Vice President and speak with her and he gave me the number. Well needless to say I called and left several messages and its been almost a year and she still hasn't returned my call. NOT THAT IT MATTERS NOW!!!! They also billed my insurance company on 2 different occasions for something I never had done!! So my score would have been 0 but it wasn't an option!!! So I wouldn't go there if you can find another clinic that takes your insurance!! I try to warn anybody that ask to try to find somewhere else to go!!!!

Upon leaving another patient had a medical emergency in the hall. Dr. Bartholomew rushed to aid the patient and as far as I know was there until paramedics left with them. This is the Doctors we need, she did not stutter, hesitate, or look for anyone else she was right by the patient to aid them. VERY uncomfortable and about four PAINFUL. The second testing was NEEDLES poked into places on the legs. ALL were uncomfortable many painful. THREE were VERY painful with me objecting to the sticks. I was told I must have hit a nerve you have slight bleeding. The stick site is still sore 24 hours later. I have six spots on my legs that have small bruises. I then find out though a neurologist who said yes you have neuropathy and the only thing we can do is try these supplements. WHY DID I DO THIS PAINFUL TEST???!!!!! ASK and find out exactly about the test why you need it and is it really necessary. And this test is NOT cheap. Ask ASK ASk
