Staff is very friendly. I was searching for immediate relief and education to prevent the need for ongoing treatment. My impression is they were more committed to keeping the cash flowing instead of keeping me healthy. They were constantly trying to up sale a line of products for them to make a profit. This seems to be the new business model. I'm disappointed that chiropractors have followed the same pattern as medical doctors. I always considered them the alternative. Now it seems most of them are in it to enrich themselves and simply use their patients to enhance their own lifestyle with no commitment to being healers. I did find that Emily at Payne Chiropractic was the healer I was looking for. She asked and answered lots of questions and provided me printed information about stretches and exercises to take care of myself. She also recommended a book about a topic I was interested after sharing my interest in medicinal herbs and self-healing. She wasn't selling anything other the service. She also took what medicare paid, with no additional payment, therefore there was not out of pocket expense. After only one visit, I've been managing my own condition and haven't needed to return. Are you a Mouth Breather? Do you use a nasal spray? Hear me out!!! I never really thought about it, until I read a recent post on the Scott Chiropractic Facebook page. I came to Scott Chiropractor with pain in my hip and radiating down my leg, along with muscle spasms. My pain is much improved in the weeks I have been in treatment. It has allowed me to walk with relatively little pain. A long way from were I started. He and his staff were kind and courteous. His waiting area and treatment rooms are clean and tranquil. Monday, Sept. 17, 2018 UPDATE Now it appears that this person or his employee is making physical threats against me. Below is the personal message allegedly from "Dr. Scott"to me through the YELP App. I am an actual former client that was treated exactly as I stated below. What a loser.... ""Jimmie J." is a complete liar and fraud and apparently has nothing better to do with his time than make false statements about businesses on Yelp. This has all the makings of a competitor trying to ding my business under a made up name. Please don't believe anything this guy posts. We are great at giving attitude adjustments too." My initial Review. They Overcharged me by 50% of the agreed upon fee. The chiroprator was incompetent. The small frail idiot Gave a half hearted "massage" and didnt know how or was unwilling to do a proper adjustment. I was then over charged for this half-wit effort. I was told on the phone the total price was $100. I was told again at his office by him and his assistant before the "adjustment" the total price was $100. After the adjustment at the front desk I was charged $150. * I still have my audio recording to verify my statements. Scott is why chiropractors have a bad reputation. Very few of them are competent and Scott appears to be a con artist. Really bad experience. Avoid these people. * This is my opinion. ***** The response from this fraudulent business is false. He knows exactly who I am. He is exposed and is trying to lie his way out of the truth. I went there and I have a digital audio recording of my conversations with his assistant and with him from my visit in his office. The entire time of my visit was recorded.
