That said - we are closing on a real estate transaction about two weeks late due solely to not getting the survey when promised. No showed on the day he was supposed to do field work, no call, took 4 days to get a response, and still failed to deliver on the revised date and we had to extend again. Things happen - but communication is key! Several people were affected by this delay and he doesn't really seem to care too much about that. A simple text or call back would be a more professional approach so people can plan and not have to keep changing their schedules. Plenty of surveyors in this area besides this one - shop around and get someone who communicates and does what he/she promises.
