I've been in the middle of renovating a rental property, and I noticed the AC was no longer cooling…read morethe air. So, Wes came by yesterday to fix my malfunctioning AC. He was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a nearby ant mound shorting out the power line connection, imagine that) and fixed it, all within 30 minutes. I was fully expecting to replace the AC, especially since the unit is 16 years old. But I only paid a very small fraction of the cost to get a fully working AC. Would be seeing him again for future HVAC work!
