Both times that the Yuma Police Department came out they ASSESSED the situation and performed an investigation and based on my knowledge OF law enforcement procedures and investigative skills ,The Yuma Police DepartmentS investigation resulted in a mediated situation and everyone who wasn't getting along was given directives to calm down and given an CORRECT EXPLANATION OF what the RIGHT and LAWFUL CONDUCT SHOULD BE. both times that the YUMA Police Department came out to the domestic dispute family drama they not only gave the problem a remedy and the solution was found, but them coming was a great blessing and the dispute would have been far far worse had the Yuma Police Department not been there ,five star Stars and two thumbs up thank you so much for your professionalism and quick response to our cry for help

Yuma has a great county fair, and they have a bunch of great entertainment, great music ands fun…read morerides. There is a terrific Starbucks for the weary driver, and the service is really really good. They are open pretty late too, which helps a lot when you are passing through to California. I enjoy the Chick fil a there in town, they have excellent service, a super clean restaurant, and food hot and fresh. I have one more favorite spot, Love's gas station, very clean, once they had girl scouts selling cookies, and the petrol is reasonable. I really love their windshield wiper cleaner at the pumps. A very long time ago I went to school in Yuma. I loved my school Yuma Lutheran. I was pleased to see that it has grown and many more children get to attend. I love coming to Yuma, I'll be back soon. I believe that visitors would have a good experience visiting the city.

There's something about Yuma that just feels like the perfect desert road trip stop. With the sunshine, palm trees, wide-open roads, and laid-back atmosphere, it has that classic Arizona charm that makes you feel like you're officially on an adventure. We stopped to fill up the car and take a quick break before continuing our drive into Mexico. It was exactly the little reset we needed before getting back on the road. I had my French bulldog with me they don't do well in the heat whatsoever he could have died. He kindly stopped to check on my well-being, after learning the situation he allowed me to sit in the back of his car and he drove me to a gas station AND BACK also directed traffic for me as I put the gas in roadside , saving me from a 6 mile walk and possibly losing my best friend in the desert heat not to mention to mention a number of dangers that come along walking down the interstate ...THANK YOU Nate. I pulled over, and before I could get out of my car, this really short CHiP officer pulled behind me and started writing me a ticket for stopping. He ignored my explanation, told me "Tell it to the judge." He then said sarcastically "Welcome to California." The "officer's" name was Jonny Ambriz, his badge number is 17837. He's short, pudgy and nervous. We turned around, went home and refuse to ever enter that state again.
