If this store wasn't walking distance from my house I'd never step foot in here. There is one woman who works here who is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, and she's the only thing keeping me from giving one star. I've never had a good experience with any male who worked there. The owner has weird rules in place, can't say certain words and they write down your driver's license number on their copy of the receipt, which is not required or appropriate in this day and age of identity theft. I really would like to see the shop be sold to a more reputable business. read more

Bought a product, didn't work, when I tried to exchange it for a working one was told too bad.

So I have visited this location before and it's mid quality at best, on my most recent visit I purchased a water pipe, some pipe cleaners, a few incense sticks, and a replacement bowl for a small piece I already have, I believed the bowl to be 8.99 made perfect sense for something that size, after reviewing my bank account and examining the tag on the bowl it said 28.99!!! I was so astounded I went back to the location and the manager was not helpful at all, she reiterated their policy of no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. The item obviously had not been used. She refused to give the name of the owners and directed me to a generic email address. During this time it's important to support small businesses and unfortunately the customer service here is apathetic at best. I come in here all the time and I walked in with out my ID and my boyfriend had his. They said I couldn't be in the store, and I was just in there YESTERDAY and my boyfriend didn't have his ID but I did--and they let us buy product!!!!! Lol.... the new worker is a jerk. Y'all use to have SUPER cool guys that worked there and for some reason they are all gone. Not sure why i was treated that way since I've come in there over 30 times. They know I'm 22. They have wrote down my ID every time I've come in the shop. I understand the law, but when I was there yesterday it's a tad bit ridiculous. This place is a joke. Devon kicked me out of the store for asking for a "test" he said I can't sell u anything because you said the word test. Are you joking? Every other head shop sells strips! I would have boughten over $100 worth of products from you guy I actually bought $200 worth of supplies the other day. This punk kids said get out of the store over the word test. Maybe try retraining him or get rid of this kid and hire someone with customer service skills. If you don't sell them then it shouldn't be grounds for kicking someone out! You should politely say we don't sell those here because we don't have anything to do with that kind of stuff. Don't buy a bullet sniffer from here. I bought one that was pretty much defected. They obviously wouldn't do returns nor can you try the product out first because of the substance going in there so you don't know it's a pos till you bring it home. I tried buying a second one from here, why you ask? Well because my friend got one from here that works flawlessly and they're well priced. Anyways so I figured I'd try again, guess what? It's another defected one that doesn't work. You can snif the powder throw its janky ass hole. Lesson learned. They're other items are fine. Walking into the store one of the employees was on his phone talking/arguing. He greeted us after hanging up, we told him what we wanted, he looked for it but got to frustrated and said the other employee would help us cause he couldn't find it. As he went to help the other customers, his phone rang & he answered but told them he couldn't talk & told the customers "sorry I'm fuckin frustrated" while customers just stood there awkward. So we walked around and waited.... & waited so I went up to the line & he never told the other employee to help us! & I told him that we had been waiting cause his friend (was right next to him too) just couldn't help us cause was so frustrated but of course guy didn't say anything. The service here sucks ass, I get it we deal with things & life is wild at the moment but don't take it out on your customers, if you don't have customer service or hate your job, then don't work there at all :) read more

absolutely horrible service. bought a defective puff bar and was told i couldn't return it until the next day when the manager was there. i came all the day there just for the manager to tell me that they don't do refunds!! she didn't even apologize, rude tone. unbelievable for them to sell me a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, then tell me to come in the next day to return it, then say i cannot return it. it is literally beyond me how someone can run their business so poorly as to not allow someone to return a product bought that literally did not work. will not be returning and am baffled at how this place has a consistent customer base read more
