Don't back their product. 1 day return policy. Let me think this through. I buy a disposable vape. They have you test it and it works. Next day it stops working and is leaking. As a business, there is a point where you throw your return policy out the window and use common sense. I sold a product that stopped working, it's leaking, and it's 3 days later. And the damn thing is full. This is when you say, I am going to replace it and then deal with my vendor or distributor. $2000 in lost revenue is the prize for the amazing smoke shop! read more

Trash.... high prices, and unprofessional "New Store Manager" been a long time customer, but will not step back into the store after today! 2nd 5000 puff vape that didn't last close to as long as it should... less than 2 days. I didn't ask for a refund, just a vape that works like it should, was told she wouldn't do a refund... well good, didn't ask for a refund. Was told nothing would be done! We came for a cartridge and it was a terrible Experience all around. They had a bad selection and when we got a recommendation of a hellfire cart. We left the shop paying 50$ for an individual cart. The cart did not hit at all, it would not fire. It was clearly missing a part and we were on our way to the hospital so we could not go back. We came back the next day to exchange it and the guy tried to sell us on a new product before fixing the broken one sold to us. He told us it was clearly missing a part but wanted us to buy a whole new cart and vape. We are were sold a malfunctioning cart already so why would we buy another? He did replace my cart with the one we should of originally got but its not a good cart and it was 50$. So Two trips and wasted time. Not happy over here, shoulda just waited for another shop open. went to buy a new vape this morning and the guy up there had no idea what types of vapes he's selling asked for a rechargeable disposable and he sells me one that doesn't charge then got mad at me for opening it when he said to try it before I left and reluctantly gave me the right one which would be the end of it if the new one didn't taste burnt so not only did i get a 27$ vape and switch it with a 23$ (not refunded) so if your looking for a place to buy avoid the morning shift. read more

Extremely disappointed, we have been going to this shop for almost a year now without any problems, always great customer service. Recently the shop has been selling faulty product, the product being Esco bars. We have gone in multiple times to get a new one, hours, sometimes days later and they give us a new one without hesitation. Mind you this is a 35 dollar vape, so it's not some stupid cheap vape. I get a new one today and end up getting a faulty one, went back abt 3 hours later to get a new one, because it was faulty!! Am greeted with a women who claims to be the "new store manager" and tells me "that's not how we do it anymore" not to mention before I went in, my brother did, and she was extremely rude to him. We called later, she stated she had "no one above her" so we couldn't speak to anyone else, we even asked if we could contact the owner and she refused. I even asked for a refund Atleast, of course what do u know, she refuses. We will be taking our service somewhere else, unfortunately. If an owner of some sort sees this, pls be better at choosing who you hire as store managers!!! read more

Do NOT purchase any oil cartridges from this store. I had purchased a disposable pen some time back and it stopped working suddenly after about two days and when I asked about the product I was immediately told "No refunds!" before I could even explain anything. I didn't want to go back but decided that maybe it was one bad experience. I switched brands and bought some other disposable pens. Then I decided to get a cartridge because I had a pen and the cartridges are slightly cheaper, but I stuck to the same brand. Then after one day of use the cartridge suddenly fell apart in my pocket. The entire cartridge released oil into my pocket and that was another $40 gone. I called to ask about the issue only to be told "we buy them in bulk and sometimes they aren't good" and was told there couldn't be a refund since it had been more than one hour since purchase. I won't be returning here ever again. read more
