I really like this place. Their selection is awesome and prices are really good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had all my questions answered and they have everything you could need from cutters to lighters to humidors. My only knock on them is that the entire store is a 'humidor' so the sticks are a bit on the harder side. Difficult to properly regulate the humidity when there isn't a designated and fully enclosed humidor. I will definitely be back though. Glad I found them. read more

I've been here several times and always had stellar customer service. The place is packed because they have so many cigars (you're going to have to negotiate around people if there's any other customers there) but they will walk around with you and talk to you about cigars and brands to help you pick things - or they'll help you get whatever you already like as well. Based on some other shops in the DFW area, their prices are pretty affordable, and they will also price match. There's a discount for veterans (have to ask), and I've never bought a bad cigar here! They also sell cutters, punches, torches, and humidors. Definitely worth a stop. read more

I love this store! The staff is great and knows their cigars. Last week I got my new humidor for a great price and they and tons to choose from. The store is one big humidor and I know some people don't like that but I have never had a bad stick from this store. If you do have a problem with anything from this store they will fix it! I took my Xikar EX lighter in today because the flame was not working. They tested it in the store and tried to fix it but couldn't, so they gave me a new one under warranty. People here are 1st class and I can't say enough! read more

Won't be back. Mold on numerous cigars throughout the store. Cigars with cracks in their wrappers. Prices seem OK and decent selection, but quality of how cigars are maintained is very poor. Only way I'd buy is if I knew cigars were freshly delivered to the store. read more

I would not recommend this place for several reasons. The staff has sub-par knowledge of the inventory, they are rude to customers, and their inventory is mediocre. Carding customers the moment they walk in is probably not the best way to attract business. Additionally, any establishment that boasts their extensive humidor while allowing employees to smoke throughout the humidor cannot be regarded as reputable for quality cigars. Try Elite cigars in Addison or Tobacco Gallery on Hillcrest for better service and a better selection. read more

This place has ZERO customer service! Two people with no customers in the store and they did not seem excited to see me. If I come in with a Xicar cigar locker under my arm then it should mean I am ready to smoke and stock up. I walked in and the first thing I see is that the whole store is a humidor. (BEEP) that! Then I ask very clearly and stated 3 different times. Do you have any Liga Privada #9 Toros. After the 3rd time of asking I get this "How many you want" I'm like "I just got here and I don't know the price. The price was 2 dollars less than everywhere else which is the only positive thing I can say about this place. I then ask for some Olivia V Melanio rubusto maduros. they point " over there" I'm thinking to myself mother (BEEP)! The big dude at the front then grows a nicer personality and says how's your day going so far. I then told him it was great until I come here! I also told him I could get better service at a Walmart ( I avoid Walmart) I left this store very very angry. I spend in upwards of about 500-600 dollars a month in cigars as an avid smoker. Even if they were the last place with premium cigars on the planet I would find an alternative than give them one DIME of my money! If you guys don't believe me go here first hand and see what a disorganized mess this place is. I have seen head shops that sell 420 stuff with horrible dried out macanudos in a case that were far more organized and had customer service! read more

They are always ready to help if I can't make up my mind and it doesn't matter if you're buying a box or a single stick, they treat everyone the same. The entire store is a humidor, very cool. Worst. Experience. Ever. I will never go back to Cigar Warehouse after the way I was treated there. From the moment I walked in, every question I asked of the person working there was answered in a completely condescending way. He actually made fun of me at one point in the way I picked up a cigar and said I was cheap for not buying another item. I've never seen anything like it. Wow has this place gone down hill. I've spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and been pleased until a recent visit. I'd like to think it was a one off occurrence but I was so put off that I won't be back to try them again. I stopped in for the first time in many months on a Sunday. The store was a wreck, piles of junk everywhere, empty boxes on the shelves, etc. there was a large black man working alone who could be called rude but that would be a compliment. He was beyond a jerk to me and my wife. There were several black shoppers there and they all got treated like best friends while I was treated like dirt. I'm not saying it was race, maybe just a coincidence, but I walked in planning to spend a hundred or two to stock the humidor and walked away swearing I'd never be back. Maybe they didn't like me bringing my wife in. Who knows, all I know is they obviously didn't want anymore of my money. Who hired this jerk? The staff in the past have been friendly, helpful, welcoming, and pleasant to deal with. To clear up a few things, their prices aren't the best in town. If you have good prices you don't need a sign that says "we will match any price". What that says to me is "we aren't the cheapest but if you are smart enough to figure that out we will make you a deal". When organized and stocked these guys carry a ton but I will never shop there again even if they are the cheapest in town. Hire polite, professional staff and maybe you can keep the customers you still have. In the meantime, someone please open a GOOD shop next door so we can drive this place out of town. read more

This place has an amazing inventory of great smokes. They even have imperfect bundles at great prices.

They have an arsenal of cigars and their prices are very affordable (by california standards). The guy was helpful, nice and easy to talk to. Picked up 26 ' s which I'm enjoying as I write this post. I'll have to go back until my move is complete. read more
