"To vape or not to vape" is a personal choice, most people probably hasn't spent very much time researching it or even think much about it although most have witnessed it in some form or another. There are unlimited articles written about the positive and negatives of vaping on the internet, most are opinions and are very subjective. When I first became interested like most I looked to the internet to get educated but at some point you'll need to speak to someone before trying it out and this is one shop I highly recommend, the staff here has no agenda except to answer your questions, they certainly have seen a lot since vaping has swept across the country and after spending some time here I feel I fully understand the theory and practicality of this popular pastime. This is a really well put together shop with an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. If there is any one piece of advice I'd give it's liking drinking alcohol, the top shelf vapes are the only way to go, there are plenty of options for every budget but I prefer to pay the up charge for the quality since I am consuming. Cool shop with very knowledgeable people. They are great builders and are very advanced but dont make you feel bad of you lack the skill of building. The only thing I would change is if the testers they have for the flavors (and they have tons!) Was changed to 0 nicotine. However from a business standpoint I understand the shop keepers point where he said most people would want a little nic when trying out the flavors, so I won't knock points against him for that. Prices aren't cheap but are outrageous. Juices were average, but I bought a Griffen tank from them and it was about 60 bucks. read more

This place is unbelievable! The guy who works there is extremely nice and he's honest about everything. If you have trouble with your vape he will fix it with no charge. The vapes and liquid there are mad cheap and the set up is amazing. It almost Looks like a diner and he comes and gives you a menu filled with liquid flavors haha. The menu is organized. You have the breakfast flavors, sweet flavors, mint flavors, dessert flavors, candy flavors, you name it! You also might even walk out with a new friend! All the customers gather around the tables and you end up making small talk. It's great to come in and relax testing out flavors. This is by far the best smoke shop I have ever been to and I recommend this place to all my fellow vapors! read more

Excellent customer service, juice bar was easy to navigate with many flavors available to try, wide selection of tanks and mods, the only downside to my experience was that I didn't have a lot of time to spend there. This will be my "go to" shop when I'm back in the area again. read more

I have been going to Puffin for the past month. Initially, I was treated well as a customer who has spent roughly $350 at this establishment. I was sold a piece that leaked non-stop (Kanger Tech Sub-box Mini). Upon purchasing the product I wasn't told that the vaporizer "needed" to be upright at all times. This is impossible if you plan to take your vape anywhere (pocket, or purse for you ladies). Of the two vaporizers that I purchased from this place, the more expensive $85 one leaked for 3 straight weeks (out of all of them, which are stored on their sides). After week two the owner, unwillingly replaced the seals on the tank, refusing to replace the merchandise with a new product, while also giving me a huge attitude in the process. After another week of the unit leaking out plenty of money worth in e-liquid (from the top and bottom of the unit), I took it back to the owner at Puffin to finally return it. The Owner was unprofessional to say the least giving me an attitude, and even blamed me for the leaking product he sold me. He stated that it leaked because the tank was stored on it's side. He also stated that my brother and I are the only ones who had a problem with the tank (my brother's was completed replaced by the owner [same unit]). His new tank does not leak now. I purchased one of Puffin's cases which like an eye glass case, holds all your vape items (you guessed it on their side). If you ask me, that is a clear design flaw, and a dysfunctional product (the unit and case). This does not fall on the customers shoulders nor was the attitude warranted. On top of that, the owner was extremely disrespectful towards me (a returning customer to his establishment). I Highly and I mean HIGHLY recommend you find another establishment to spend your hard earned money at. God forbid you are sold a defective product like my brother and I. I will no longer be returning back to this place, and I suggest that you shouldn't either! read more

Al and Paul are exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. They are also very friendly and welcoming. I go in there at least two times a week to relax in the great atmosphere and talk to them and the awesome repeat customers like myself. There is definitely no pushy salesmanship and they are happy to tell you their opinion on things but are great at listening to your wants and needs and find what works for you best so you leave happy. If you want a good example of getting everything you need, than stop in and say hi to Al or Paul! I spent two and a half hours in there today and it gets better every time! read more

I'm not a huge vaping person, but like it occasionally when I'm being social. The owner is very knowledgable and friendly, and will lead you in the right direction for exactly the amount of vaping that you do and what you need. You can try all the flavors before you buy!! So that is great to not have to waste money buying something that you won't like. Overall, beautiful shop and excellent buying experience. Highly recommend!!! read more
