The staff is very rude. I returned a vape that they knew was have battery trouble. I was told not to test it first as the bigger size works fine. Well I noticed the battery was dead when I opened the vape. The store said they take no returns for anything. I contacted the owner buy calling around trying to find his info. Then I was told buy a young heavy set man behind counter that I can not shop there ever again. He was extremely rude to me. He said it's because I returned it now I can't shop there. Came in here to buy some vape stuff - I called ahead and they said they had what I needed. Got to the store and started to talk to the guy sitting behind the counter by the vape supplies. Told him I wanted to get some juice also and asked him for some... He rolls his eyes at me and with exasperation says... Sure - I'm not on the clock - but yea... sure... OK. And begrudgingly begins to help me. I didn't know he wasn't on the clock... He was sitting behind the counter seemingly not doing anything - all he had to do was tell me he wasn't working and I would have understood. Instead I got a very frustrated, passive aggressive attitude from some idiot who apparently is only friendly and helpful when he is being paid to do so... I went into full meltdown mode and began to scream my fool head off at this genious who I'm sure could have cared less This message is for the owner of this place - and the owners of small business everywhere Your complaints of big box stores and online shopping ruining small business in small towns falls on deaf ears when you fail to provide even basic edicate, common courtesy and kindness What incentive do I have to patronize your little store over an online outlet when your employees cannot even treat your customers... Your money - with respect. I can and will buy my stuff online if the reality is you are going to make me feel unwanted and insulted by your staff I was excited and happy to find things I was interested in and needed at a local store - a place we come to ALL the time. I'll be god damned to ever go back to this place...its a shame when local businesses are struggling so much to compete... For a vape store I gave them one star, over priced mods and Chinese e Juice, the staff was not very knowledgeable on their products. For a tobacco shop I would give them 5 stars, but this review is for vape stores. There are several vape stores in the area that know their stuff, take the drive to Elizabethtown and save your self some money and aggravation. read more

The folks that work at this store are always helpful, and have been nothing but friendly when I'm in there. They have a huge selection of vaping products, and most everyone there can answer any questions I have. I had an issue with a product that I bought there. A tank I bought stripped the threads off of my battery. They replaced the battery with no questions asked. I shop here for all the tobacco and vape products I need. read more
