Were looking for cleaning service for camping gear and large blankets that don't fit in our home washer. Came here for the first time. Very clean laundromat and the staff is very courteous and friendly. The lady at the counter came up to help us with using the machines and recommended that we use a single machine, which saved us the extra time of running two separate loads. She was really kind and helpful to another older customer as well, helping her out. They cleaned the place a couple of times while we were there, and sanitized the whole place to make sure it was all clean. It wasn't very crowded when we were there. Through COVID they have a lot of signs put up, enforcing the use of masks and maintaining social distancing. People coming in were also all wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. read more

I saw the posts about $7-10 washes so I called In. Yes they have 50 lb washers in the front that cost $7 but in the back the got 20lb for $3.50 washers. Cant believe everything you read! I used my debit card. It held $20 then totaled it all up and Credited the $20 then charged Me $15. I did 3 loads at $3.50. I think the last dryer was bunk it took long and at least $1 extra. Not bad. I honestly wouldn't leave my clothes sitting a washer too long here but hey I wouldn't do that anywhere, lol. They have an option where you can load and leave. It's .85 a Lb for all those unable to trust someone else to separate their clothes. They weight it at the end. Dry it. Fold them, too. Great spot. Not many washers but they are good newer ones. They will do it by the pound too. I think it was $1.50 a pound which is a great price. You can drop off and pick up. That's the best treat you can give yourself ever!! read more

I came here because my washer and dryer at home aren't big enough for a king sized bed comforter. The place was quiet (for a laundromat) and it was clean on the inside. The place is semi expensive to do laundry but in my case still cheaper than dry cleaning. The stores around the laundromat seemed shady, I wouldn't spend a lot of time around there. If I needed to do my comforter again I would come back here again. read more

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! They will not let you change in the bathroom! Why? No clue. The attendant literally would not unlock the restroom door until I put my clothes on the table. This may seem trivial to some, but for me it's a MAJOR inconvenience. I am a full time RVer and can only carry a very limited amount of stuff. Because of this. I tend to wear almost every stitch of clothing I have (approximately 10 days worth) before I do laundry. I change before starting the machines, often into shorts and a light shirt, and then change into something warmer afterwards. Today it's 56° out and windy. Small towns are no problem as they are used to RVs, always have convenient parking AND don't care if you change. Heck, a lot of them even have showers. But when I'm forced to be in a city, this becomes more difficult. Therefore I wait until I'm on my last outfit to do laundry. I'm in town visiting my 94 year old mother and can not do laundry at her retirement home. I had to park 2 blocks away from this place. Because of their policy I was forced to walk all the way back to my rig and change into shorts and then back again in the cold RIDICULOUS! At least there's a sports bar in the same complex. Rather than sit at the laundromat I am over here having a beer. Oh, and writing this review. Even if I have to drive half way across town while I'm here, I will never come here again. read more

Beware...beware...if you give them a credit card they save them up for a year before they submit them....the also run your debit as a credit to get the authorization to do this. Also never give them towels, they wear rings and they will come back loaded will pulls, they wear rings and the rings get caught in the towels. Called the owner about the debit card problem and instead of trying to figure out my problem...he immediately started to blame my money management skills, instead of his people not running the credit card machine properly. I can tell you, for the $414.83 worth of business since he decided to oversee his operation, has screwed me up financially, and will be doing business elsewhere from now on. read more

This place is clean and has a large selection of machines. I felt comfortable ( sometimes laundry facilities can be super sketchy) enough to come back again. I do find the machines to be a little on the pricey side but the trade off , in my opinion, is a cleaner better ran facility. read more

So this places closes at 10pm right? That's what sign and googles says. Lady in charge turned me away!!! Last load was at 8pm. Got there 7:53pm. Are you kidding me?!!!!! I told her I just needed to use the washer and dry it at home but nope. What the freak does last load mean. It probably takes 20 minutes to wash! Did I also mention it says closes at 10pm! Clean and quiet location. Plenty of washers and dryers. Pricing for the full service isn't bad either.

The ladies are so nice and helpful! They always welcome my family with a smile and assist anyway they can, making sure my load is watched if I need to run a quick errand or empty out the washer! The ladies are always working, helping customers or cleaning the laundry area. I read more

We just tried this place out this past fall. The laundromat was clean and there is a bathroom. Good reviews for the laundromat itself, but outside the laundromat was a different story. Sketchy environment, and sketchy thug/gang people hanging out outside the laundromat. While my husband waited for the clothes to dry, he went outside for a bit and a guy came up and asked my husband if he had any weed for sale. Yikes. We will not be returning based on the security issues outside the laundromat. read more

My washer broke and my new one wasn't going to be delivered for a week. We had so much laundry and thought we should find a laundromat. We checked out Puget Park Laundromat, not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. For a laundromat, this one was pretty clean and there was an attendant on duty who was helpful in showing me all of our options. We ended up having them do our laundry for us. We dropped it off, she called a few hours later saying it was ready, and we picked it up all folded and packaged up for us. It was a pleasant experience and I didn't have to sit in the laundromat for hours doing laundry. Not that I want to have to use a laundromat regularly, but it's nice to know that this place is around if I need one. read more

First time using a laundromat in quite a while as I have recently moved. The Puget Park Laundromat was super clean, has plenty of washers and dryers. great prices, and some of these washers hold an amazing amount of dirty laundry. Vanessa was extremely helpful in showing me which washer would be the most value for the amount of clothes I had, how things work and just overall very friendly and helpful. I also love that you can buy a card and not have to bring quarters with you! that is extremely helpful as I had gone to the bank before to pull out money. if I had known this, I just could have used my debit card instead and saved myself the gas going to the bank. Really like this place. It's convenient. It's quiet with the exception of an occasional tweaker. I understand that this laundromat offers services to do laundry for large companies, but that doesn't mean the employees need to hog the washer and USE ALL THE LARGE DRYERS!!!!!!
