The majority of washers and dryings are working.The 2 men here are helpful with accepting payment and asking you to confirm temperature for both waser and dryers. There's no change machine here. I came in with $16 on my card went to a machine to wash that cost 750 and I ended up with $.25 left on my card. Ask that lady how could that happen? She said no that cannot happen and will not reimburse me I told her to go back and check the cameras or her log and she would not do that so I highly you recommend you not to come to this place and watch what you're spinning and what the machine is taking because they will not reimburse you. read more

The people here are always nice and helpful, the machines still usually work but cleanliness has taken a hard slide south. The restroom no longer offers soap for basic hand sanitation. There's a permanent pile of garbage bags on premises, one of the seated spots is a barely concealed hazard. Edit: 8-5-23 Garbage Bags and pile are gone, leaving a messy batch of cans and baskets. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the staff at this laundromat. I did my laundry there last Sunday afternoon and everything was fine. After finishing the laundry, I asked the staff if I can leave my clean laundry in their care while I go to the library to do some work. They agreed and I came back after 5pm to pick up my laundry bag. I realized I left my cell phone at home and asked if I can used their phone to call the CT Zip Shuttle. That's when the Mexican man got angry at me and said I am always asking for free stuff. I replied I was a paying customer. He went on to accuse me of using their bathroom as a shower, which wasn't true. The Mexican got angry and cursed me out and in turn I said some unpleasantries back to him and threatened to tell the owner to bar me from their store. I called the LPD to have them resolve the situation. I didn't expect the police officer to take their side and as a result, I was trespassed from their business for a year. To this day, I don't know what I did wrong. The place is not very clean and smells bad; In addition to the higher prices to do laundry, they have lot of broken down machines. I can count only one staff member that is very nice, while the other Mexican people are nasty. I don't know what type of operation the owner, who is white, is running, but stay away from this laundromat! Extremely rude and inattentive, run by an unmasked karen too busy chatting on her phone to assist anyone. She informed us, after she watched us put clothes in the machines and buy the idiotic card they require to use them, that we had to leave because "last loads start at 7:30 pm". This was, of course, NOT posted (the last load time on the front window was scraped off) a fact which she seemed very proud of ("We don't HAVE to post ANYTHING!") and she angrily told us to get out when we pointed that out. The staff here is very helpful, they are always there when you have questions or need a machine loaded. Apart from the washer machines they also offer services where they wash your clothes for you. There is a parking lot but sometimes it's very packed because of all the stores around. They have a lot of machines so you can always find something open. I do wish the prices were a little bit lower but if you go in the morning you get early bird pricing. read more

Really disappointed in the staff here. I simply came in to do a quick load of laundry. A small load because my clothes got wet. They decided to find a way to kick me out. They made up a reason. Who knows what I did wrong. Maybe my pooped smelled in the toilet? The manager said it was because I locked my bike to a Cart in the front of the store and it was unexceptable to do that. I said what I needed done with my laundry, she helped me find two machines and told me how long the machines ran for, so I could run a quick errand. Came back with a minute or two to spare. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. A great option for those without a washer and dryer at home or people in need of large drying (e.g. comforters, etc.). Clean! Friendly staff! Pricing is fair. Smelled so good inside and very well kept and clean floors, machines, and organized front desk area. My blankets are like new and smell so fresh I'm so unbelievably happy to put them on my bed and not have to stress anymore over washing them myself. They fluff and fold and wrap them so nicely and tie them up for pickup. Parking and location is convenient and easy entrance as it's by a grocery store. Comfortable space and they have tv to watch and plenty of space to use up. Kids space to play as well. I was doing some spring cleaning and brought over about five huge loads of blanket/sheet laundry to do and the lady there was so kind, helpful, and patient with me. During the time I came they had one time of dryers out of commission because they were fixing the gas from what I understood. I don't agree with a fee to remove clothing so others could use it. Review is for hours. Last wash is at 7:30pm even though they say open til 9pm. I got there at 7:37pm and asked if I could do a load, no drying (making it faster) the guy said it's on automatic timer and machine wash turns off at 7:30pm. Hours are misleading. read more

I'm seriously appalled by their lack of care and basic knowledge towards correctly washing and drying laundry. Not only do they not read ANY of the tags on the clothes, but they washed all my colors and darks in hot water thus making my good quality and some brand new clothes FADED! Not only is my laundry faded, but they DID NOT use ANY fabric softener or dryer sheets, so my clothes are rough, itchy and slightly stiff. That's not the end of their complete and utter destruction of my entire wardrobe becauze after washing my clothes in in hot water , my clothes were dried in very high heat in the dryer(and I even asked what temperature they dry clothes and the older man and the register said low heat). so, my clothes shrank, some now I cannot wear because they now do not fit. oh, and they didn't use any bleach or any whitener or stain remover for my whites leaving my whites stained,dirty looking and dull. I cannot believe a professional person in the business of laundry would provide such amateur, lazy and careless drop off/ next day pick laundry service. I literally paid $100 to have Darcies ruin my wardrobe and all my high end, designer and very expensive clothes. I'm devastated. I do not have very much money, but I loved my few designer items and cherished them. I never had nice stuff growing up, I was to shop at goodwill for school clothes as a kid. Not saying thats a horrible things, but you can imagine when I got my first pair of 7seven jeans or my first juicy contour jump suit and the first banana Republic sweater! Now they are all dull, faded, shrunk, rough, stained. I didn't know what to do but cry and write about my experience here. I would have given this laundromat zero stars if possible. The attendant is a rude old lady. I arrived a little after 6 on Sunday to do my laundry as this is my only day off and I had their stupid card that you have to buy To wash her laundry and the woman waited until I came in the door had everything that I needed and was getting ready to start my laundry she said that she was closing early because she's tired and has been there for 16 hours like seriously that's my problem that's your job lady you should be doing at your door says you're open all day until I believe on Sunday it's 10 nine something like that but it takes I still had plenty of time to do my laundry but because you've worked an extra long shift on a day that you're supposed to work doing a job that you're supposed to do you're going to close early and then when I asked you since I have to use another laundromat can I get the money back off of my card so that I can use it at a different laundromat you refuse to answer that question and sat and argued with me telling me that you can't speak any further other than the fact that you're closing instead of answering my question you told me to go read the message on the wall instead of just being a kind ass person and responding you finally refused to give me the money when you're closing early that's pathetic and rude but I guess that's the only way you can make money for the owner of this business is to steal it from people by getting them to buy the card and then closing the laundromat so they can't use it but I got a freaking car that's got 20 bucks on it I would never use this laundromat except for the fact that I need to use the $20 that's on my card because I'll be damned if I'm gonna let you have that money just as a bonus. read more

Went in to have a king size comforter cleaned. Overall it was a good experience. Got it back within a few hours. The only reason for minus a star is because I had called before hand to see how much it would cost and the lady on the phone told me $20. When I arrived the lady behind the counter (not sure if it was the same one I spoke to on the phone) told me it would be $25. I told her what I was told on the phone and she honored that price. I'll offer a counter perspective here... Was traveling and needed to get some laundry done versus paying ridiculous hotel costs. Spent about 90 minutes here and it was a very nice experience with a good outcome. Counterspace and chairs to work while waiting, free wifi. Attendant does have a "guest card" so you can just purchase use of the machines (and soap) without using the card program. This was super convenient and avoided the need for me to go burn a $20 bill on a roll of quarters. Bright and relatively clean. For a coin-op DIY laundry, pretty dang good. read more
