I was told it was out right 1800 and they could stop my garnishment and that the refund from the garnishment would be returned to my payroll and sent to me in which they had the check sent directly to them while waiting for the check to be sent I ended up reaching out finding out the check was sent to to them and applied to my fees no problem but they never made me aware that's what was taking place and I ended up paying 2800 and not the 1800 I never met anyone in person everything was done on line I advise if you have a garnishment don't have them get the money back because they will take it and add on fees be careful and be ware they will tell you one thing and do another

Instead of engaging and discussing the overage they tried to sue us. They threatened extensive litigation and additional fees on the bill. They are simply bullies. I wouldnt be surprised if the forensic accountant firm have teamed up to bully clients for more money.
