It is like a dance with, stretch the dough, add ingredients, duck as the pizza master spins it into the oven, 90 seconds, pull them out, finish and serve. Our selections were the Margherita and pepperoni with fennel pizzas. The pizzas arrived piping hot, firm crust, great chew on the crust and incredibly tasty.
