This company was the original installer of my hot water heater and electric home heating years ago. ( thankfully they left their business information after installation.) They were easy to reach, to set an appointment up quickly and they showed up when they said they were going to show up, regardless of winter weather conditions. I was explained how the units work, when they would need to be replaced, even though they were over 10 years old, I wasn't told they need to be replaced just to give the them a job. I was told keep using them. The fellow shared he has his for years over the recommended time. I was shown how to keep them updated.
