This is a very new drugstore and it's bright, well-lit and well stocked. Unfortunately, it still has the horrible checkout situation where there is no real line so depending on how many people are in line and how many cashiers are open, you aren't sure when or how you'll get waited on. Why don't CVS just put in those little guides so there's a queue? Anyway, the cashier was super nice and the transaction was efficient. Plenty of parking and there's actually a metal cow piece of art out front. It might be a bike rack, I'm not really sure. But it's cool and I regret not getting a picture of it. This one is incrementally nicer than the one down in Allouez. Sorry other CVS!

One of the workers told us that they have been in the small pond for the last fifteen years. They could barely turn and they need to have more space. The pond, if you can even call it that, needs be upgraded, the koi fish can barely swim and are basically just floating around. Koi fish can live up to 50 years old and they are confined in the small space for the next 35 years. Koi fish also need around 240 gallons of water per fish and need three feet deep and this fountain pond was no where near three feet deep, nor up to 240 gallons, and they had three koi fish. Do not support this business.

My girlfriend and I have had numerous issues with this Walgreens and other Walgreens in the last…read moreyear. I will stick to this Walgreens specifically though. There have been numerous times where we have both received messages that multiple scripts are ready for pick up and when we arrive they are NOT ready. We literally have driven there several times for absolutely no reason because we were told our meds were ready and waiting. It is quite frustrating. Now we call first just to make sure. My girlfriend had a run around on the phone for three hours (because of disconnections or hang ups) trying to figure out where her medication was. She NEEDED this medication and HAD to get it. They kept trying to find it and they transferred her to various departments to find the medication and to have it delivered. They said they didn't have a notification from the doctor for the script. Then in another phone call they did. FINALLY she got ahold of someone and that knew what was going on. They had canceled the order for some reason and she had to have her doctor send the script order again. It was a very frustrating experience and it upset me to see her go through this. There have been many issues for both of us there for awhile. I don't know if it is a lack of staff or the hiring of incompetent people or not training people properly. While I can understand these issues happening I still don't want to deal with this as a customer. We are slowly getting meds from other pharmacies and will leave Walgreens all together eventually. Hopefully they will "get it together" soon but we are not waiting. Medication is too important to have to struggle with.

Unpleasant experience yesterday at the pharmacy. I live in Mishicot so I have to travel to pick up…read moremy scripts. At 1:30pm I put in for my refill online like I usually always do. I set pick up time for 4pm knowing I wouldn't get there until at least 5:30. Figured that would give them even more time to fill it if they were busy. Got to the store at 5:30, did some shopping, then went back to the pharmacy to pay and pick up my script around 5:45. Mind you, this is now more than 4 hours after I put in my request and more than 1.5 hours past the time I had requested. The girl at the counter looked at me completely dumbfounded when I told her I had a pick up, clicked around on the computer and then said, "we just got your request now, it will be about 15 minutes or so." Are you KIDDING ME?! I stared at her, annoyed, and stated that I had put my request in in the early afternoon, gotten an email receipt stating that the location had received my request, and I was over an hour late picking up from my requested time, AND IT STILL WASN'T READY?! Absolutely ridiculous. Add to this that I had my extremely antsy 3 year old boy with me who was overdue for dinner, and after 15 more minutes trying to entertain him in a Walgreens with five feet of toys to look at, THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY SCRIPT READY. Come on guys. Get it together. Don't offer online prescription refills if you can't fill them on time. Or, in my case, not even remotely close to on time.
