Liss Law walked me through the entire process and ensured I completed all my required seminars to comply with Bankruptcy rules and guidelines. They filed all the paperwork for me which was very helpful because the process itself looks very overwhelming. During the bankruptcy proceedings I had a debtor who challenged the bankruptcy proceedings that their debt was non-dis-chargeable under bankruptcy law. It took over 2 years of back and forth with the debtors lawyer but in the end they caved and their entire settlement was discharged.
