Sold my fathers house in March 2023. This was a great real estate experience with a reputable agent named Lisa. I live in California and flew in for one day only to list my fathers house. My fathers neighbors all used Lisa to sell their houses. She met me at 1pm and looked very proper, neat and dressed nicely. Listed the house and gave me all the information I needed in 30 mins. I handed her the keys and I headed to the airport. I accepted an offer from Lisa in 2 weeks and then went into contract after a home inspection. We closed in 70 days after the buyer obtained a mortgage. I just received the checks in the mail this week. So happy she made sure I didnt have to come back to Brooklyn, NEw York for the closing. Recently, I made the big move to Brooklyn NY. I was a bit skeptical about getting started with a realty company but I must admit that I was wrong. Pullini Realty provided outstanding service to me. I had to move because the landlord was about to sell the house. I had about a month and the deadline was getting close. I went to the realty 90 minutes late for my appointment because someone I had an earlier appointment with showed up that late (thus a chain reaction), but Lisa Pullini the broker and her agent Tami Swanson (yes, that's really her name for all you Parks and Recreation fans) immediately attended to me anyway like I was all that mattered. I had gone to a few realties before this, but as much as they tried, they did not show me anything I liked. In one day, Tami got me a nice apartment at a great price, but even if I had needed more than a day, I know she would have continued to help me. Plus she was super-friendly. What a great experience I had with handing my realtor Pullini Realty Corp. the keys to my empty house and for them to find two different tenants for me with great credit and sufficient income to support the rents. I never had to do a thing. I just picked up my certified checks along with the tenants filled out application and copy of paystubs for my records. I have the most wonderful tenants for the past 7 years. Any time I have a question about my tenants Pullini Realty always calls me back within 24 hours to answer my questions. I don't agree with the reviews that are made toward pullini reality. I dealt with this real estate company plenty of times and my real estate broker Anthony Palermo . Anthony showed and sold houses for me and also rented apartments for me. He's a well mannered hard worker well respected young man. I don't agree with some of the reviews on this page involving racism. This racism is not coming from the realtor or the real estate it's coming from people's neighbors that are either renting their apartments or trying to sell their homes. Pullini sold my house after I had Corona Virus 3 times and interest rates exploded in August 2022. They kept me apprised of the market situation , banks revoking loans to buyers due to shut downs, and the process of selling the home. We listed in September 2022, got into contract in 38 days and closed by December 22, 2022. They sold the house in "As Is" condition. They handled the buyers, home inspections, termite report, mortgage process, disconnecting stoves, final walk thru and closing. I never attended the closing. I sat out in Florida. Peter, Anthony, Eddie and Lisa sold my house in Brighton Beach. I had 2 other Realtors before this who could not sell the property. I had an offer in less than 30 days that I accepted and I closed in less then 90 days. I didn't have to handle removing the tenants.
