Okay so I have only visited/spoke with them around five times. The first few times were either on the phone/in person with the female worker. She's usually very nice and helpful. (two stars for the lady)
Today on the other hand, I spoke with the male worker, the head realtor I think. It was pretty bad. He was rude, disrespectful, commanding, and snappy. I called in because THEY made a mistake and charged my mother an extra $625 on her rent. I told him that, and he responded rather snappishly and said they dealt with it. Okay, I was a little offended by his tone but whatever. Then he said, there was a problem with the toilet at my mom's place and that they kept hearing running water. Then he basically DEMANDED me to talk to my mother and to call him back. uhmmmm WTF, are you serious right now? I did it and called him back to tell him there was no problem. He accepted my answer is a rather dismissive way. What a huge dick.
I later found out that they found out about the rent problem and already told my mother beforehand. My mother never contacted me about this and has been pestering me to fix the problem from day one so I attempted to call in today. Okay, so the problem is I wrote an email about five days ago about the problem. I don't know how they found out and if it was from my email or not but they NEVER RESPONDED to it. And ok, maybe he was being snappish because he already fixed the problem and I kept asking BUT if you don't email me back then I wouldn't know and would obviously try again to fix the problem. So don't be rude to me because you are incapable of providing decent costumer service.
TLDR, the lady is nice but the dude on the other hand is a huge piece of condescending crap. Avoid speaking to him if possible.
PS whenever i visit the actually place i only speak with the lady because he's usually not there. I guess they also know he sucks with people. read more
