This is not a one-time incident, it happens regularly, almost every other day it feels like. I've lived in this area for about 10 years, and this has been an ongoing problem for a long time. It feels very unprofessional and shows a lack of care for the community and the people who live nearby. Basic responsibility and consideration for neighbors seems to be missing here.
