He was my wedding photographer for my reception in April and he did some amazing photo shoots for my husband and I at the Pasadena City Hall. I just received all the photos and they looking amazing. I couldn't be happier with his work! First impression is that he's a very dedicated photographer who's very passionate about his work. I'm actually really amazed how for some large group photos he was able to capture everyone's face perfectly. Owen did an amazing job taking photos for my 50th birthday party at the Kimpton La Peer Hotel in West Hollywood! He was constantly taking candid photos of all my guests mingling and having fun as well as posed photos of my family and friends. Using Owen as our wedding photographer was truly the best decision I made (other than marrying my husband). Wow. From start to finish, he exceeded every expectation we had. Owen was SO GOOOD! He helped me take my grad photos at USC. As a doctoral student I spent most of my time on the health science campus so was not too familiar with the main campus. He directed me to, told me the best places to go, took us and found the best shots, helped me and gave me directions on how to pose , and the pictures came out greater than I could have even imagined. On top of that he was super nice and was more focused on the quality of the photos than the time it took. He get photos back to you quickly as well. He was so nice, funny , and kind . From our first interaction he was interested on preparing for the day and asked us what type of photos we were interested on. My wife and I have been planning to take some family photos to display in our dining room. We were excited about our maternity photoshoot, but unfortunately, the experience was strange and unprofessional. We had set a date, time, and location for weeks, when Owen stated he is available on February 16th. However, two days before the shoot, he suddenly said he was booked for that day. I had mentioned the 2/16 @ 3 pm date/time multiple times in our communications, first mentioned on 1/26, then on 2/9, 2/11, and again on 2/14 via text exchanges. Yet, suddenly on 2/14 PM he asked if we could do Saturday (which is 2/15..) instead, because he's already booked for 2/16. Additionally, I had to ask him about sending over paperwork and payment methods, which seemed unusual since usually it should be the other way around. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and unprofessional. And we ultimately decided to not work with him. I hope you consider my review. read more

We had a family photograph taken by Owen over Thanksgiving. There were 8 adults, and 3 kids and a dog. The shoot was challenging because my little granddaughter insisted that she did not want to be photographed and was having a hissy fit . Nevertheless we persisted hoping for the best. Owen was a whiz at photoshopping and delivered a beautiful photo where everyone (including our granddaughter) was smiling! He was also able to photoshop my husband's transition glasses which had turned into sunglasses during the outside shoot.
