The service was absolutely terrible I wouldn't even give it one star if that were possible. I called ahead to ask about scanning photos and what I would need, but the person on the phone sounded annoyed before I could even finish my question. When I arrived and asked again about scanning requirements, he gave me a look like I was stupid. As I was gently dusting off my pictures, he said, "You don't have to do that," in a rude tone. I brought my 35 mm film to be developed here! It was 32$ to get 36 prints and to have them all emailed to me. The quality was great and it was really easy to use Vans. They did have a little bit of a problem with one of their machines for printing photos so I did my photos 3 days after I dropped them off. Don't know what the average turn around time is but I'm glad it was less than Walgreen! read more

Amazing place to get 35mm film developed with high quality scans!! Recently got the film photography itch again after realizing I still had a roll sitting around that needed to be developed. Since I haven't shot film in a while, I made a rookie mistake of bringing new film to be developed but Steve was so kind to let me know that the film was new. I brought the actual rolls the next time around and I was so impressed with the scans and shocked that I shot these haha (attached some photos, taken with a Minolta X-700). There is also a small parking lot in the back. This place is so fast, the price is very reasonable, and within a few hours on the same day I get the scans back!! read more

Wow! I am impressed, i used to send my rolls to expensive shops and never was impressed with the quality, but this guy is amazing! Great color in my photos. Apparently Van's doesn't print photos on Saturday so I went elsewhere to get a few portrait shots developed. I wasn't happy with the colors (blues) done by another photo place so I went back to Van's during the week. Wow, what a difference. They were very friendly and well priced. Went to Van's for a passport photo and got it done super quick. Steve was very polite, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. I saw that he also still develops and scans 35mm color film. I took in a role of Kodak ColorPlus to test out the results and I was very happy with the quality. vans is a sure thing! i had never used their services before but they were recommended by a friend who shoots on film and only develops at vans. i brought in a disposable camera, the transaction was quick and my photos were delivered to my email in under 2 hours. same day!!! there are several package options for developing film but i went with negatives and same day digital delivery and it was all under $13. i have the option to purchase prints at a later time if i want as well. customer service was kind and patient, especially walking me thru my options. they really can't be beat by drug store or big box film developing. TLDR; the best place to get disposable cameras/film developed at a low rate and quick turnaround!! read more

I was desperately on the search for a photo printing place after going to CVS and being SO upset over how green tinted and overly saturated the print turned out, and I needed it for a gift. *sidenote: this was a Photoshop made JPEG, not from film so my experience is exclusively from an image on my digital USB* Thankfully I found this shop on Yelp and gave them a try. I must say that their photo printing services are very affordable (one 8x10 ran for around 3 bucks) and they do the job very well and quickly. The colors turned out practically identical to the digital file! Definitely recommend giving them a try compared to those big corp photo printing services. After Costco stopped their photo center, I am now pleased I have a new and great place I can rely on. read more

Some backstory...Imagix/Michelle has done our yearly photos for our son from ages 1 to now 5. (See my past reviews). From somehow capturing a perfect moment from our perpetually moving blur of a son (ages 1-3) to patiently instructing four 70/80 year olds on how to hold their aforementioned 4 year old Tasmanian Devil grandson last year, Michelle is a magician/artist...I always leave the photoshoot stressed from the chaos Hurricane Daniel (our son) leaves in his wake....But every year we come back to look at the proofs and are amazed at Michelle ability to capture "lighting in a bottle" . This year was no different. Fortunately we survived the terrible 2's (...3's....4's....) and thanks to time, maturity, and the opposite of gentle parenting, our little Daniel, though far from perfect, is manageable. But we didn't want to make it too easy for Michelle, so we threw in another variable. After a recent canine cancer scare, and recently learning from Google that all dogs, however loyal and cute, unfortunately have an inescapable life, span, I somehow convinced my beautiful but camera shy wife that this is the year we do a family photo with our dog. Some more backstory, if you read this far, our Yorkie, Libby, loves us but HATES the rest of the world. She spent the entire hour photoshoot in perpetual scowl and Volume 11 non stop bark. One week later as she always does, lighting in a bottle perfection. I looked at the proofs with amazement. Our son, we expected....she's done it every year, but how she made a loud perpetual yapping bark into a impossibly cute smile is above my skill set. But I think her greatest feat is how she lessened the "he must be rich" looks gap between my wife and I. My wife is easy, even me with my amateur Android skills, it's hard for her to take a bad picture. Michelle mastery came with how she elevated me to "he must be funny" looks gap level. So why the tear? We loved one of the pics so much we purchased a large framed canvas print to hang on our living room wall. My 85 year old happened to be in town for his grandsons 5th bday so I asked him for an helping hand hanging the picture. I figured he has these family portrait hanging at my childhood home. My brother and I with our full head of hair and my mom shoulder pads captured the 90's to a tee...but what I always remember is the "proud" look my dad had on his face. A look of accomplishment shouting "look at me world and all that I love and created". Watching my aging dad struggle, listing to my aging dog bark in a locked room to protect my dad's ankles, I was suddenly reminded that time, as much as you want to hit pause, always moves forward. It's a good idea to stop and smell the roses, or in this case, look at the snapshot/memories/moments and take it all in. After my dad handed me the leveler and I put away the hammer, and I looked up....and yeah....I had that "Dad" look

This location has 5 rooms. There is a blue, purple, pink and baby pink backdrop. And most intriguing a high angle room, probably good for large groups. It was occupied when I came, or else I would be interested in trying it. For $8, you get 2 1x4 strip, with the option to add a QR code to scan. You can pick which frame you'd like. There was a good selection of frames to choose from, and some seasonal ones too. I really like these machines because if you super mess up, they allow once complimentary retake. My friend and I did a photo with a holiday frame. We nailed it on the first take, so no need for retake. A cute affordable keepsake for a fun night out.

I recently went to Van's for a VHS to DVD transfer as well as a song transfer to CD. All I can say is WOW! These folks know what they're doing. Got everything done perfectly and at such a reasonable price! Done virually overnight! If that wasn't enough, Steve, who runs the business was very personable, courteous and helpful as he could be.
