I made an appointment to see an allergist at this company. A day before the appointment, I was…read morecalled and asked if I had completed the paperwork for the visit, that I had almost a 400.00 co-pay and that I had to make this co-pay in advance, because this business didn't want to have to send their customers to a debt collector. I WAS SHOCKED THAT ANYONE WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THIS. The " Office Manager that I spoke to was extremely rude. I told her that I did not receive any paperwork, could not afford this co-pay and would call her the next day to confirm the appointment. Due to her rudeness, never finding any paperwork, NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD SUCH AN EXORBITANT CO-PAY and feeling that being told a business didn't want to send me to collections, I did not return a call to confirm an appointment. Today, just prior to the appointment, I was called by the, " Office Manager" and asked if I was coming to the appointment. I told her no, and explained the aforementioned. At that time, she told me that I would be charged 75.00 for a missed appointment. She also said that she told me this the previous day. She did not. Also, I never received, or returned any paperwork from them and had no idea of any specific policies. At no time did I confirm an appointment. While I was talking to her about being rude, she hung up on me. When I called back another office personnel sided with her and said, I don't think she was being rude to you. Your appointment will be cancelled, but you will be charged 75.00." Both of them were grossly rude. No one should ever speak to a customer in the manner that both of them spoke to me. I have NEVER been spoken to like this in all of my 64 years on earth. BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!

I really do thank God that ten biocharger sessions healed a long-standing health problem - had been ongoing for at least 7 years. (Standard medicine offered no help.) His staff - Reggie, Jackie, LaKeisha and others - at the center are wonderful, very patiently working with me on finding and implementing the right rubric and always keeping things upbeat! Insurance didn't cover the cost, but I found the cost to be quite reasonable and the treatments were definitely effective. I would return if a need arose, and, of course, also highly recommend this to anyone. Blessings!

Awesome experience... my friend and I purchased a group in for the cryotherapy and 45 min float…read moretherapy... once entering this place we were quickly greeted by both staff at the desk. We were checked in and completed questionnaires on our health. Wallie was very informative and showed us around. She took us to our rooms and gave us detailed instructions on what to do and took our vitals. You are provided a robe, socks and slippers. We started with the cryotherapy for 3 mins (you can wear underwear but no wires). Once inside the machine you take off your robe and put on gloves. The cryotherapy although cold is a different pleasant experience; the only way to describe it is if you went outside naked in the snow without the snow touching you (weird lol). We were then escorted to our float pod rooms. You should shower and shampoo your hair before entering. The door locks for privacy. You can either go nude or wear a bathing suit. There is a color changing light inside the pod, light button, panic button, wash cloth, water bottle (in case you get salt in your eye or face) and a neck pillow. I enjoyed that you are in your own space and on your own time. Once you get in the pod and close the lid you can just relax.... I swam for a bit and moved different body parts. It's amazing how you automatically float (for those afraid of draining).... the time flies by. Once you are signaled to get out you will shower and shampoo/ condition your hair. We will be returning and I recommend this beautiful gem of a place. P.S. they offer several other services and prices are affordable..
