The Good: Had a good experience with another Advocare office, so we choose this one when we moved because it is a convenient location in Haddonfield with good parking. There is a small front lot and a larger rear lot. They also take a wide variety of insurance compared to other locations. The Bad: 15-20mins wait in waiting room after your appointment time, then 15-20mins wait in the exam room for 5-10min face time with a doctor or PA is usual. The worst: The scheduling process is a joke at times. Happens with well visits/routine vaccinations/flu shots appointment, when you arrive, they say it's a later time that day or some other day. Happened 3-4times in the last 5yrs. Really frustrating because we put the appointment in our phone as soon as we make them. Conclusion: Not all Advocare offices are equal. Skip this one if you value your time. read more

If you are a First time mom, who requires your pediatrician to be reliable, responsive, professional, convenient, understanding and patient...then this is the office for you. I call them at least 10 times the first couple of months. They never made me feel as if I was a bother. No question has ever been to dumb to ask. As a medical professional myself, I try not to impose my own knowledge on my child, I try to remain a parent and this office has allowed me to do that. My family is so appreciative. read more

Been taking my children here since birth. Oldest is almost 11 years old and youngest is 3. Love that everytime i call for any little thing they are fast to respond and transfer me to nurse. Recently had to take my child due to a fall and was giving an appointment same day and few minutes after my call, time was perfect and when got to the office my child was seen super fast. Everytime I need them I get the same fast service. With all honesty in all these years I only had to wait a long time one time and that was already while in the examining room and it was because there was a crazy amount of sick kids that day in the office but this was years ago. Not even now with everything that is going on with COVID have I had to wait super long. The staff has excellent bed side manners. Love the doctors especially Dr King and Dr Welch. I love that I can request to see a particular doctor and not necessary who they assigned. read more

We've been coming here for over 7 years now. When I first moved to NJ I had to quickly find a pediatrician and haddonfield pediatrics (now called Advocare Pediatrics) was in their network so I choose them. This is a clinic with a group of doctors (about 8) and after having met all their doctors I choose to only see 2 of them and the nurses respect that. All their doctors are fabulous but I am only comfortable with only seeing 2 main doctors that way my children aren't just random patients. Their doctors know them and call them by name without having to glance at their folder first. And I LOVE it. Their doctors know their full medical history and everything that should be of concern is orange flagged and taped to the front of their folder so even nurses are aware of any allergies and genetic conditions. Even after having moved haddonfield pediatrics use to be onlly 15 minutes from me... now their a good 30 minutes away and I refuse to find another clinic. 3 kids later and I still recommend them to a mom who's asking for recommendations. The clinic is clean, toys are provided and rotated for the waiting room, wait time is always less than 10 minutes. We're always in and out. Newborns never have to sit in the carseat in the waiting room with the general patients, the nurses quickly find a room the newborn can wait in with the parents until the doctor is ready to see them. :o) Plus they have weekend appointments for the sick. and Evening appointments for those working parents!! it's as good as it gets!!! read more

Extremely Long wait times, unresponsive, doctors change too often for the child so don't provide the level of care I expect for my children.

I have been seeing these doctors since my son was born 17 years ago and second child 12 years ago, and they are fantastic. I have never had a bad word to say about the doctors or staff. The process of making an appointment to seeing the doctor to a diagnosis, has been very smooth. I would highly recommend these wonderful pediatrician's to anyone having a baby or who already have children. read more

Ive had quite a few bad experiences in recent weeks but today takes the cake. After visiting yesterday for my daughter I was back today so they could write a script. After two visits to cvs cause it wasn't ready my husband waited 7 hours and went later at night guess what still not ready...goes to another cvs nope never wrote. So sad these are kids and their health. Thankfully mine is an antibiotic and not something worse... Pains me to write this I hate to complain but something needs to change. Not sure if docs or pharmacy or communication. read more

Doctors are nice and professional however the wait time has been horrible. After 5 appointments our average time in the office is 90 minutes. Typically with just 10-15 minutes of doctor/nurse contact time. Otherwise your sitting in the waiting room/doctors office watching time tick away. Not sure what the average office what time is for any doctor but this feels long. read more

I have been taking my son here for the past five years. The doctors are great with kids but be prepared to wait at least an hour past your appointment time to be taken back to a room and then wait even longer before the doctor comes in. Also the receptionists are not very nice anymore. read more

I think this practice is good and overall I am satisfied. The wait times, however, are horrendous! It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you have an appointment, we consistently have to wait at least 30 minutes to get called back to a room, and then wait usually another 10-15 before the doctor comes in. I have more than one child and sometimes have to bring them with me and this always leads to a meltdown. I've never really had an issue getting an appointment, even same day, so this is probably why the wait times are so backed up. I've called the nurses line a few times and most of the time received friendly advice. However, sometimes I feel that my call is bothering them. I've only ever had to call after hours twice in five years. One time we had a legitimate after-hours call for my young son (it was literally 5 minutes after office hours -- so I'm pretty sure the doctor "on call" was probably still in the office) and she was obviously very irritated by my calling her. I still take my kids here because it's easier than transferring all of their files elsewhere, but I'm honestly just one visit away from leaving if things like this continue. read more

We have used Haddonfield Pediatrics for the past five years and have been nothing but pleased! The Pediatricians are intelligent, patient, kind, and kid- friendly. Our daughters love them all! Particularly, Dr. Welsh, Dr. Claire, and Dr. King have always evaluated & treated our daughters like their own. They gain their trust by asking them about school and how they are doing in sports before beginning to treat. Our girls love talking to them! When they visited them as infants upon discharge in our labor & delivery room, they discussed all concerns and provided a list of reasons to call the office. Lastly, the office is ALWAYS open. They are extremely accommodating when making an appointment. Last year, I picked my daughter up from school and she complained her ear hurt all day and I called and they gave me a 5:15 appointment. She had an ear infection. I am so happy they saw her and she was treated! This is only one example, but I've had needed them after hours and on Sundays and on holidays. One of the doctor from this practice is always on call. It is comforting that you will be talking to someone you have met before. The Nurses are always available for quick questions or concerns also. With their new renovations, professional front desk service, excellent nursing staff, and the best doctors- Haddonfield Pediatrics is where we will stay! Thanks for being great!!! read more
