I explained to the doctor that I have had Cortisone injections for my shoulder issue before and they have no effect on the problem. The doctor knew better and decided I needed a Cortisone injection. The injection was very painful, did not relieve any of my pain and now I am in even more pain. Would not recommend going here for any type of treatment.

Mathur took off January 29 and is never in the office on Mondays and works only a half a day on Fridays. I limped home and arrived in the United States on January 28, 2026, and On January 29, 2026, Dr. Mathur informed me that she taking the day off on January 30. Yes, she really did. After 2 weeks of emails she tells me the day before I needed to see her, that she was taking the day off. For the second time during my short concierge period, she referred me to another doctor. Unprofessional and lack of concern for my well-being. I canceled my agreement with the office.

Over the years, I have seen the clinic evolve to be a true and organized primary care center. Dr. Connie Le also teaches medical students and fine tunes their ability to properly diagnose conditions. I have seen her do this, and she proves it again and again that she is a master of medical knowledge. Something that seems minor, such as a wasp bite, was properly diagnosed as cellulitis and treated with the correct prescriptions. In addition, they are great at monitoring severe conditions and reminding me about routine lab tests and follow-up diagnostic exams. I had needed lots of medical appointments involving surgery and more. It is a great relationship where I can trust them with recommending the correct follow-up procedure and intervals. It is fairly easy to get an appointment within a week. Appointments with Dr. Connie Le may take a bit longer to get since she is in high demand. However, they also try to fit in urgent appointments. Dr. Nsouli is a very kind, caring person, who comes across as someone who knows what he's doing without coming off as arrogant. I've had severe allergies all my life, and Dr. Nsouli is the fourth one I've seen over the past twenty years. He's definitely been one of the top two, mostly because he realized that one reason why I have trouble staying awake (something I thought was completely irrelevant but he asked about it anyway) was because the allergy medication I was currently taking made me sleepy. No other doctor I've seen ever made this connection. When you have to get refills on your allergy serum, you always meet up with a nurse practitioner, not Dr. Nsouli himself. I imagine this is standard protocol, since the good Dr.'s time is valuable and you're not going because of a problem, you just need a refill on meds.

In doing so, I routinely waited on hold for more than 25 minutes, only to receive unhelpful return calls from his office instructing me to call the office for an appointment...which started the process of waiting on hold and receiving an unhelpful return message all over again. After a week of attempt to reschedule the appointment Dr. Granada missed, I received a message that the doctor would be unavailable for appointments for the entire following week. This practice and this doctor do not have any care or concern for their patients at all. RUN!

Financially I was able to pair his fee with a slightly higher deductible plan at work. The combination of the two was actually less than what I was paying working for a school system and I get significantly better care.

He is a very caring PCP, but I think where he lacks is experience. In all honesty, if you get a cold, or a cut, he is amazing. But if you get a bout of meningitis or another illness which is chronic in nature - i would stay away until his practice matures. I have total faith, it will. He's definitely not a 1 star doc and he is trying his best to be a 5 star. To me, Dr. Joffee is a 2 star only because I have seen better, thats all. In my opinion, to most he is probably a 3-4 stars.
