Mind you this was the first time I've ever received a call from her for services rendered just over a month ago, and had not even gotten in a word before she became aggressive with me. I know it can be tough dealing with insurance denials day in and out, but customers deserve better than the condescending tone and disrespect given yesterday. I will not be back.

So, I…read morewent to the Allergy Health Care office (almost weekly for about a month and a half), during which time I received lots of breathing instruments and accompanying drugs (handed to me a in large paper bag) and allergy tests. At one point, Dr. Kirshenbaum took a chest x-ray and 'recommended' I see a cardiologist, but did not specify why. We were scheduled to travel for the holidays and I felt I could make it. A day or two into the trip, my breathing became very labored, and my ankles swelled to a point where I was unable to put on any shoes. We cut the trip short and I immediately went to the GWU medical center's emergency room, where I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and hospitalized that night. When I got out, and went back to his office, he questioned their diagnosis and suggested my continuing to see him as before. Needless to say, I will not go back.

This office does not know how to order or communicate regarding specialty prescriptions. Once inside I learned that you can schedule an appointment in advance if needed. Registration is to be done online via a QR code. Because my need was outside of the norm, a receptionist assisted with registration. I could tell that they were new, as many mistakes were made, from entering myself in the system rather than my child, failure to ask for my insurance card, and having to repeat/enter information in several times. I appreciate the need to learn; however, at some point it would have been helpful for someone else to take over (eventually they did). Once taken back, the RN that assisted us was super kind and gentle with our son. He took the time to answer any questions that we had. The NP was kind and listened to our concerns. We were advised we would receive a follow up call, as of late (it's been 5 days) and that hasn't occurred. Overall, I was really pleased with my experience, at PM. The location is close to my home, I can make an appointment if needed, the staff are kind, the location is clean and they did a great job caring for my kid.

This place was quiet and clean. If you have a problem with the QR code for intake the sweet young lady at the desk will assist you on her computer. I went at ten o clock at night and they had a couple of families with their little ones. They were called so fast. Our time came quickly after being admitted in the system and paying my co-pay. The staff was nice. The doctor was awesome. Compassionate, knowledgeable, gentle and understanding. I can't think of another urgent care I will take my babies. I'm glad they exist! Plus the hours are parent minded. They get we may need help 10 at night or later. Thank you!

I've received two bills despite having insurance only to find out that it was incorrectly. After having major surgery, I had a follow up office visit and the day of the visit the morning of the visit hour before the I received an email not even a phone call canceling my appointment. I've asked several times for different documents to be placed in the portal for example a order to have blood work done and weighted days and days on end, and it still was not being put into the portal things that matter to a cancer patient doesn't seem to matter to this practice

The front desk ladies are always friendly and professional. It always feels like the wait isn't too bad and once you see a doc they have you in and out fast. I've had the pleasure of scheduling a few appointments with a few different docs at this office and each one has been friendly and listened to any concerns I have. I don't really have anything bad to say about them.
